SWEET REVENGE                     by: Jacki Pett

The big house was dark. There wasn't a light on anywhere. "God damn him!" Sheri said angrily, stomping her foot.

"I knew this was a bad idea." Amy could feel her cheeks getting red as she turned from the dark house and started back to her car. "I knew we shouldn't have believed them. The Bastards!"

This was the second time they were taken in by them. The football game was the first. Amy and Sheri showed up, all excited about their date, only to find Craig and Jack were already there with their arms around other girls. It was so humiliating. They just turned and walked out without saying a word.

The guys apologized later, explaining that they got mixed up and thought they told the girls to meet them at the game the next week. The really embarrassing thing was they believed them.

"How could I be so stupid?" Amy beat herself up on the way back to Sheri's house.

"You? I'm the one who spent eighty dollars on this dress." Sheri wished at that moment she could slap Craig's face.

"What are you two doing home so early?" Beth asked her sister and her friend as they walked in the door. She was curled up on the couch with her boyfriend, Kevin.

"They did it to us again." Sheri told her sister, angrily.

"They stood you up?"

"There was no party! There wasn't even anyone home at the address they gave us!" Amy explained "Those little shits!" Beth remarked.

"We've got to get them back." Sheri fumed.

"How?" Amy asked, frustrated.

"You really do." Beth agreed. "You've got to find a way to humiliate them so badly that they'll never think of pulling shit like this again."

"But how?" Amy repeated.

"Let me think about it for a while. We'll come up with something." Beth assured them.

"What's the story?" Kevin asked when the girls went upstairs.

"Oh, there's these two guys at school that were harassing Amy, Sheri and their friends. You know, the campus hot shots who think they're God's gift."

Kevin knew the type. "Jocks!"

"Not really. I've seen them around and they're nothing special. This one is kind of puny with a real baby face, that's Craig. Then there's the other one, Jack. He's sort of alright. Amy and Sheri think they're hot because they're so popular. They've just got great lines, that's all."

"So what's going on?"

"From what Sheri tells me, they came up to them one afternoon and asked them to a football game.

The deal was they'd meet them at the game but when Amy and Sheri showed up, the guys were with two other girls, a couple of the campus sweethearts. I guess the guys had a good laugh about it. Sheri came home crying."

Sheri and Amy were members of the vast majority of girls that didn't fall into the popular minority. They were not 'campus sweethearts', who had every boy lusting after them. A few extra pounds, a plain face or maybe just dressing to please only themselves. A girl's personality doesn't matter to guys like Craig and Jack, only looks.

"So why'd they agree to go out with them again?"

"Like I said, they've got the gift. They apologized, said it was all a misunderstanding and wanted to make it up to them. Sheri and Amy were dumb enough to fall for it."

Now Kevin understood. "So what do you plan on doing to these guys?"

"I'm not really sure yet. What do you think would really humiliate these guys?" Beth wanted a guy's opinion.

"I don't know?" Kevin thought a moment. "You could set them up the way they set up your sister and her friend."

"They'd never fall for that." She knew better.

"Have a couple of their popular friends do it for them." He suggested.

The idea had some merit but, "They'd only just make up a story and tell their friends they had a great time."

That's what Kevin would do. "Yea, you're right."

"It's got to be something that we can prove happened. You know, like, get it on film or something."

"You might as well get video." Kevin remarked.

"But what? What could we do that would really humiliate them?"

Kevin was getting bored with the whole idea. "You and Christy ought to be able to come up with something." Christy was Beth's best friend and roommate.

Even though Beth lived in the same town as the college, she lived in the dorms. She and Christy had been roommates for four years, since she was a freshman.

Kevin was right, Beth decided. Christy had a really devious mind for things like this. Beth wasn't without imagination either. She was staring thoughtfully at the TV, not really paying attention when a thought occured to her. With a wicked little grin on her face, she said to Kevin, "I think I have an idea of my own."

Beth and Christy, with Sheri's help, found out one of the boy's classes and on Monday, they went to get a good look at them. Christy thought Beth's idea was fantastic. She was really excited and didn't mind at all, the part she would need to play in the plan Beth was hatching.

Monday night, they shared the idea with Sheri and Amy.

"You think you can get them to do that?" Amy asked doubtfully.

Christy was very smug about it. "Sweetie, I could get those boys to jump off a cliff if I asked them to."

Christy, like Beth, was not only beautiful, she had style and class. Both men and boys found them irresistible. They were sure they'd have no problem.

Sheri had no doubt. When they were growing up, her older sister was always getting boys to jump through hoops for her. "They can do it." Sheri said to Amy with an impish smile.

Although they were sisters, there was no resentment in the fact that Beth got all the beauty in the family while she got all the brains. They had always gotten along well as they were growing up.

"We'll get them ready but you two will have to take care of the pictures and the video camera." Beth told them. "And you have to find a way to do it without them knowing."

"We'll take care of that." Sheri assured her sister. She already knew what to do.

"This is going to be perfect." Amy said, excited.

"Mom and Dad aren't going to be back from San Francisco till next Monday. Do you think that's enough time to get ready?" Sheri asked.

"It'll be enough." Beth was sure. "We have a lot to do between now and Friday night so you two better start getting together everything we'll need."

"We'll be ready." Amy assured them.

"Tomorrow, we'll go to work on our new 'boyfriends'." Beth said as she and Christy smiled at each other.

They wasted no time. The boys were together when they left their psychology class the following afternoon. Beth and Christy introduced themselves with come on smiles. From there on it was easy. They made a point of running into them for the next couple of days. Wednesday, they let the boys buy them lunch. The guys wanted to go off campus. The girls knew why. They didn't want to get caught by their girlfriends. The guys suspected nothing. Thursday, Beth and Christy asked them if they'd like to go to a sorority party and they accepted.

They waited till the girls had gone. "Yes!" Jack yelled.

"Man, we're gonna get laid." Craig, exuberant, was quite sure of himself.

"They are so hot!" Jack couldn't believe their good fortune.

"And they're seniors. We've graduated my friend." They gave each other the high five.

Craig and Jack normally only hit on the younger girls. They were easy. Girls like older guys and they knew just how to work them.

Now they had to make plans. After the party, they had to come up with someplace to take them to have a little privacy. The dorm was no good and they already knew that the girls lived in the girl's dorm. Not that they hadn't gotten some there already but it was during the day when guys could come and go.

After seven at night, guys were only allowed down in the public room. After nine, guys were out.

"What about Pete's?" Pete was the only one of their friends that lived in town.

"His parents are always home. That won't work."

"Well, come up with something!" Craig was annoyed that it was always up to him.

"I may not have to come up with anything." Jack remarked. "Did you forget that we're supposed to take Barbara and Karen to the game Friday night?" He had, in his excitement.

"Oh shit. You're right." Craig thought for a moment. "I'll think of something. I'm sure not going to pass up the chance to bag Beth."

Jack laughed. "I'm with you. Christy wants me so bad. I'm not going to disappoint her." He said smugly.

"Let's go tell the guys. I can't wait to rub it in. Those pore slobs wouldn't stand a chance of making it with seniors. I can't wait to tell them."

They had, in fact, been telling their friends all week about the two gorgeous seniors that were hot for them. The truth was, once you laid one, it opened the door for others. Once the word got out among the senior girls that you're dating some of their classmates, the others take a second look. That's all it would take. Craig and Jack were sure of it.

Beth called Sheri each night to check on her sister's and Amy's progress. By Thursday night they had almost everything ready. It was a good thing their mother and father were gone so much. They'd hit the roof if they saw the hole Sheri cut in the bedroom wall. It didn't look so bad from the bedroom side, with the one way mirror covering it, but she left the rough edges of the hole just the way it was in the spare bedroom. From there, behind the mirror, they were going to be easily able to photograph everything that happened on the other side of the wall.

Friday afternoon found Craig and Jack pretty excited. That morning Beth gave Craig directions to her house where she and Christy would be waiting for them. "Why don't you come over early, say around four, and we can have a little time together before we have to head out?" Beth told him.

That was fine with him. He was surprised to learn that her family lived right there in town. The guys had a little trouble finding a decent place to take the girls after the party. If they could go back to Beth's after, that'd be great.

They were on time. At precisely four o'clock they were on Beth's porch, ringing her doorbell. Jack had to borrow a sport coat. Craig had one buried in the back of his closet. It was Craig's idea that they wear them, to impress the girls.

They had rehearsed just how to react. There was a look of surprise on the girls' faces as they opened the front door. "Where are your costumes?"

The guys looked at each other then back to the girls, "What costumes?" There'd been no mention of costumes. The girls weren't wearing any.

"We told you! It's a sorority Halloween party." Christy insisted as she took Jack's hand and led him into the living room. Beth did the same with Craig.

"You didn't . . . " Craig started to say. He still didn't remember them saying anything about it.

"Remember, on Thursday, I said it was a sorority Halloween party?"

Halloween wasn't for another week. "We forgot?" Craig said, feeling really foolish.

Jack remarked, "Where's yours?"

The question was anticipated. The girls weren't wearing only sexy skin tight leggings and tops by chance. "We thought we'd have a little fun before we got ready." Christy suggested with a smile.

"Do either of you smoke?" Beth asked, opening the small wooden box on the coffee table in front of them. She pulled out a joint. She made sure the boys could see that there were several others in the ornate little cigarette box.

"Sure." Both Craig and Jack said in unison. They were both thinking the same thing. The girls already seemed eager. A little pot would make them even more willing, more pliable. They were all for it.

"We're already a little high." Beth said, implying they'd smoked a few already, they hadn't. The pot was for them, not her and Christy. It would help to reduce their inhibitions. It was all part of the plan.

The girls kept encouraging them on. By the time a half hour had passed, they had smoked three of the joints. Beth and Christy pretended to smoke a little but really only took a puff or two. It was evident by the way they talked and acted, that the boys were really high.

It was agonizing not to be able to see what was happening, being only able to listen from the head of the stairs. Sheri and Amy were so afraid that their plan wouldn't work. That the guys wouldn't go along with the next step.

They decided they were ready. Christy made the suggestion, "We really need to figure out some kind of costumes for you two."

"Yea." Craig agreed.

"I know what we could do!" Beth announced, as if she had a brainstorm of an idea.

"What?" Jack asked, looking kind of spacey.

"Come on upstairs. I'll show you." Beth said, getting up and taking Craig by the hand to help him up from the couch. Christy and Jack followed them upstairs. They led them to the bedroom.

"What's the deal?" Christy asked, pretending she had no idea.

"I know the perfect thing. It'll be great. Wait here." Beth left the room.

Craig and Jack plopped down on the edge of the bed. They felt a little disoriented, unsure on their feet.

Beth grabbed the wigs from the store room. "You both ready?" She asked Sheri and Amy as they stood there holding the camera and video recorder.

"We're ready. Good luck!" Sheri crossed her fingers.

Beth didn't give him time to think. She walked in, went right up to Craig and slipped the wig on his head. It didn't fit very well, with his full head of thick hair. Craig wore it fairly long. She would have to do something with it later.

"What's this for?" He asked, reaching up to pull it off.

"Just leave it." She told him. She turned to Christy and, with a big grin, asked, "What do you think."

"Fantastic." Christy stared at him adoringly. Looking excited, she said, "That'll work." Then she looked to Jack and back to her friend. "Have you got another one?"

"My mom does." She said happily. Both wigs actually came from friends of Sheri's.

The guys were catching on. "I don't think . . . " Jack started to object. He didn't want to dress up like a girl. Craig had already pulled off the wig and put it on the bed beside him.

Christy didn't let him finish. She went up to him and knelt on the floor in front of him. "Oh, this will be perfect." She rested one hand on his leg, the other stroked his cheek. "I'll be so much fun. You'll do this for me, won't you?" She used her most sensual voice.

"We'll never get away with it." Craig spoke up, sounding very unsure of himself and more than a little scared.

Beth went over and sat on the bed next to him. "Sure you can. Trust us. It'll be a blast." She used the same tact on him that Christy used.

He didn't have the will to resist. "I guess . . . "

Beth sprung from the bed. "Great. We've got a bunch to do to make you look convincing."

Christy kissed Jack on the cheek. "You're going to look fantastic. Just wait till you see."

Jack really didn't want to do this but Craig seemed as if he was going to go along with them. If they didn't, would the girls get pissed? They might not get laid tonight.

"Ok, first things first." Christy said standing up and looking down at the boys sitting there. "Get your clothes off and let's get a look."

Stripping for the two girls didn't bother them a bit. In a moment they were standing there in just their underwear and socks.

"Their legs?" Beth said, thoughtfully, to Christy.

"Yea, it's got to go." She agreed. Both the boys had hairy legs.

"What?" Jack said.

"We've gotta get rid of that hair."

"Shave?" Craig said with surprise.

"Sort of! I'll get the lotion." Beth said. In the bathroom she found the two large bottles of delapatory that Amy bought for tonight.

They had the boys spread it on generously. Fortunately, neither boy had a hairy chest. Jack's arms were a little too hairy so they had him use the lotion on them too.

He objected at first. "Do I have to?"

"Come on sweetie." Christy said, stroking his bare back. "It'll grow back."

His legs were already hairless. Having his arms look the same wasn't nearly as obvious. He agreed, reluctantly.

Beth stroked Craig's cheek. "You have really nice skin." He had a really clear complexion for a guy and she felt no stubble.

He wouldn't admit that he hadn't shaved for two days. It was embarrassing that he couldn't grow a beard. As far as his friends knew, he shaved every day.

Christy took Jack to the bathroom where they had razors ready and waiting for the two guys, if they needed them.

Beth was anxious to get started on Craig. She took advantage of Jack being out of the room. From a dresser drawer, she took the underwear they had placed there earlier. She handed him the bra and panties.

"I can't wear these." He held the pretty lace underwear at arms length.

She knew this was going to be difficult. "Sure you can. It's all part of your costume." Beth moved closer to him, using the same ‘come on' tone she had a few minutes ago. "This is kind of a turn on. Just try them on, for me?"

He really wanted her. She smelled so great. If doing this would get him laid? Then he thought about Jack coming back and seeing him. "What about Jack?"

"I've got some for him too." Beth assured him. They figured, once they got one of them to wear the sexy underwear, the other wouldn't object so strongly. They would play one against the other. Craig was obviously the easier to manipulate. "I'll give you a minute to slip them on." Beth stepped out in the hall and closed the door.

Craig just stood there a minute, debating.

Amy was poised, ready to start shooting. Sheri had her camera running. They made sure to wait till he was alone. He had to be alone in the pictures. It had to look like he was doing this on his own.

He thought about what Beth had said about it turning her on. Feeling very strange, he pulled down his underwear and took off his socks. He found the front of the lacy underwear and stepped into it, pulling it up. The bulge in front looked terrible. Craig tucked himself between his legs and that looked better. Next he struggled with the bra. It was difficult to get the hooks in back but he managed.

Sheri and Amy looked at each other and smiled. It was sort of ironic to see Craig standing there in Sheri's own underwear. The panties Jack would wear were a pair of Amy's. Later, when they reviled themselves to the guys, it would be fun to let them know that the pretty panties they wore belonged to the girls they had humiliated.

Beth got the signal from the girls that he had the things on. She went back in before he had a chance to change his mind. "Oh, you look great." She said with a big smile. He looked so silly.

"I don't know . . . " He was really uncomfortable and he felt like a fool.

"No, really. You look fine."

"You look so sweet." Jack said joking as he walked in and saw him.

"Don't you tease him." Christy said to Jack, chastising him jokingly as she stroked his shoulder.

Beth was ready. She retrieved the underwear they had for him and handed it to Christy. "Here's some for Jack."

It took a little convincing on Christy's part but she won out. The two girls left the room while Jack changed.

Craig showed him how to look more natural by tucking himself between his legs. The two guys couldn't help but tease each other a little when they were alone. As long as no one could see, it was all right to prance around the room, swishing from side to side, over exaggerating the way girls walk. Neither one was going to tell on the other. That was for certain.

"What's this?" Craig asked as Jack lifted his arm to slip on the bra. Craig pointed to his hairless armpit.

"Christy said it looked tacky. She pleaded with me to shave." She really only had to coax him a little, but Jack wouldn't admit it.

Craig raised his arm and looked at his underarm hair. He only had a little but if they thought Jack had to do it . . . ? "I guess I better too."

They looked so ridiculous, standing there in panties and bras, talking about shaving their armpits. The girls didn't miss a thing and the hidden microphone got every word on tape.

When Beth and Christy came back, Craig asked if he should shave his armpits too? "I think it would be a good idea." Beth agreed. It was all they could do to keep from laughing. Beth took him to the bathroom.

"We have to find something to stuff that with." Christy said, pulling at the empty material of his bra. Sheri and Amy spent way too much on the bras. The problem was, you don't find underwear in second hand stores. Setting this whole thing up had cost Amy and Sheri a lot more than Christy thought it was worth.

Sheri and Amy had spent a lot of time trying to find the best thing to use to fill out the bras. Everything they came up with looked so phony. Finally, they dug deep into their wallets and bought the boys breast forms. It would be worth it, they decided, if their plan worked.

Christy pulled a pair of white cotton socks out of the drawer. "Let's try these." She suggested.

She helped Jack stuff them in his cups. "I don't know. I really don't like the way that looks. They look terrible."

Craig and Beth were back. Craig showed Jack his smooth armpits, feeling very satisfied that they were as smooth as his friend's.

"Beth, have you got something better we could use, besides socks?" Christy asked. It was all part of the plan.

"Oh, definitely. Come with me to my Mom's room. She's got the perfect thing." The girls left them again, so the others could get some more shots of the two of them alone. They went directly to the store room and stood behind Sheri and Amy, watching their antics. It was really hard to keep quiet and not give themselves away. It was so hilarious to watch.

Craig poked at Jack's 'tits', making fun. "Just wait till you have yours, you nasty boy." Jack said joking.

"Oh, my dear. You have the prettiest tits!" Craig joked back.

The pictures were going to be precious and they were so glad they thought to use the video camera. It was going even better than they imagined.

They gave them a few minutes to horse around before they went back in. "Here, this will work much better." Christy carried the four jelled mastectomy breast forms carefully. She couldn't let them touch each other or they wouldn't be able to get them apart. The adhesive they'd spread on them was very strong.

"What are they?" Craig asked as Beth unhooked Craig's bra and, taking one of the breastforms, pressed it securely in place over his tiny nipple. There was no adjusting it once it was in place so she was very careful to place it just right.

"They're just breast forms." She made no big deal of it. Christy pressed the other in place as Christy did the same to Jack. "They've got a little sticky on them, so they don't slip around." She explained as she adjusted his bra straps and hooked it in back.

"That's much better." Christy said as she stepped back and took a good look. They looked much more natural that the socks ever could. They were ready if the boys asked where they came from and why Beth's mother would have something like these. But they didn't think to ask.

"That's perfect." Beth told Craig, with a satisfied smile. She watched him look down at his chest and his expression was priceless. He looked so forlorn.

Better not to give them time to think about it. Christy had picked up the other wig they'd gotten. "Here, Jack, let me try this on you." She sat him down in the chair. Standing behind him, she fitted it on him. His short hair was not a problem.

Now Beth took some bobby pins and pulled Craig's hair back and fixed it into a tight bun on the back of his head. As she ran her fingers through his thick, curly hair it occurred to her that it was too bad she didn't have more time with him. His hair had possibilities.

She didn't let him look around to the mirror when he tried, "Just hold still till I'm done." She told him, holding his chin. She quickly put on the wig. Craig's wig was styled in a long shag. It was light brown and almost matched his own hair. He looked adorable with it on.

Craig had such a sweet face, it was easy to understand why he got away with a lot of the stuff with girls that he did. It was sort of a baby face. His features were soft and with the wig on, framing his face, he looked rather convincing. Beth was thrilled.

Jack wasn't going to be so easy. His features were a little bigger and sharper. It was going to take a bit of makeup to make him look at all convincing.

"Let me get a brush and see what I can do with this." Beth said with tongue in cheek. She brushed and teased for a few minutes, until she was satisfied. "Stand up and let me have a look at you." She told him.

He felt so weird, standing there in girls underwear with those bouncing bags of jello on his chest and the wig that tickled his bare shoulders when he moved his head.

"Just stand still." Beth told him as he squirmed. She gave the wig a tug here and there, to straighten it. "You look fantastic."

"I do?" He asked, very unsure of himself.

"Go look in the mirror. You look great." He did. He needed more work but he looked pretty good already.

Craig went over to the mirror on the wall for a better look. He turned his head this way and that and tried smiling different ways. Finally he agreed, "I do, don't I?"

Sheri and Amy had all they could do, not to crack up. The boy was only inches away, looking directly into the cameras and smiling. They loved it.

Christy was finishing up with Jack's wig. It was straighter, with longer bangs than Craig's. It was also a little darker than his own brown hair but it was the best they could do, short of getting a sample of his hair and having a wig died to match. They did pretty well as it was, just finding them the wigs.

With his back to the girls, standing in front of the mirror, he adjusted himself. It wasn't easy to keep his dick tucked between his legs with only the soft material to hold it there.

They couldn't believe the shot they got of it. It would definitely be one of the best.

"Come on guys. We need to get a move on or we're gonna be late." Beth told them. They were thrilled the guys were starting to get into the spirit.

Christy had gone to get their purses. They had stuffed them with every conceivable item of makeup they could imagine they'd need.

"You're right, they're just too bushy." Beth agreed as the girls looked down at the boys in the chairs.

"What?" Jack asked for both of them.

"Your eyebrows." She said, shaking her head. "I'm afraid they'll give you away."

"You may be right." Beth said, taking a better look at them. "We better trim them a little." She was careful not to say 'pluck'.

"Do you have to?" Craig asked, more than a little scared and nervous. It was one thing to shave your arm and legs. Long sleeve shirts and pants would hide that till they grew back, but his eyebrows?

"We'll just do a little." Beth said with a reassuring smile.

"Just enough so that they look convincing." Christy assured Jack.

The guys looked at each other with doubt.

Neither of the girls expected this fuss. "You don't want people to look at you and wonder, do you?"

Of course they didn't but they just needed to be reminded.

"Not too much?" Craig asked like a scared little boy. Jack echoed his concern.

"Promise." Christy said for both of them. The girls went to work with their little scissors and tweezers's.

They looked at each other when the girls finished. They could tell by the expression on each other's faces that the girls had done much more than they thought they would. What could they say now, with the girls looking so thrilled with what they'd done? They didn't want to sound unappreciative. After all, they just wanted them to get away with the charade.

Beth, from where she knelt in front of Craig, reached up and ran a finger lightly over his eyebrows.

Smiling and quite satisfied with how he looked, she said, "You're going to be fantastic. This is so great. You're going to be beautiful." She kissed him on the cheek. He was really shaping up. Even better than she thought he would. "Why don't you guys check it out?" She pointed to the mirror on the wall. She and Christy were careful, as always, to stand out of the way of the field of the camera.

The boys were appalled at how they looked but they couldn't say anything. "Great." Craig said to appease the girls. He smiled when he turned back to them. What were they going to do about how they looked, tomorrow?

"I knew you'd love it." Christy told them, more excited than ever.

"Let's get some makeup on you." Beth said to Craig, urging him to sit back down. She dug her things out of her purse and went to work on him again. Christy was already smoothing Jack's complexion with foundation.

Mascara was the finishing touch. Craig already had beautiful long lashes. With the mascara to accent and lengthen them even more, he looked absolutely adorable.

Christy was still working on Jack when Beth got up to go get the outfits Sheri and Amy found for them. "I'll be back in a couple of minutes." She told Christy. "I've got to see what I can find for them to wear tonight."

Craig got up, looking over at Jack who looked so uncomfortable as Christy worked diligently on his face. He wanted to see what Beth had done to him.

He was amazed at the face that looked back at him from the mirror. Craig looked so much like a girl that it was frightening. He turned his head this way and that and from every angle he looked so uncomfortably pretty.

"It's unbelievable." Sheri whispered to Amy. "He looks fantastic."

"I can't wait to get these pictures developed." Amy agreed.

Beth took off his wig and laid it aside. "Here Craig, put these on." She handed him the pantyhose.

It wasn't like he was anxious to put them on. Craig sat on the edge of the bed and started to try and put a foot into them.

Beth laughed. "No, not like that." She showed him how to gather them to the toe and then put his foot in and pull the sheer material over his foot, being careful not to put a pull in them.

They seemed really tight to him as he smoothed them up his legs as he sat there. The sensation was really strange as the silky sheer material covered his smooth legs. Something about it was actually exciting. He finally got them up to his waist.

"Lovely." Beth said, thoughtfully, as she stroked his pretty smooth leg through the sheer nylons. It was only to encourage him. It was actually a creepy feeling to touch him.

Her touch made him feel better. It also made him feel something else. He was glad now to be wearing the panty hose. The silky panties would never have held back the erection he was starting to get. He fought back the feeling building inside him. It would be too embarrassing to let her see that, the way he looked now.

Christy finally finished with Jack. She did all she could with his face and it would have to do. He wasn't nearly as convincing as Craig. She wished she had picked Craig instead of Beth. Oh well, she thought to herself.

Jack's pantyhose were really tight. They could have gotten him a larger size, they realized as he squeezed himself into them. His legs, for a guy, were fine. But as a girl, he looked a little chunky. Craig, on the other hand, looked pretty good. He had slender legs that looked shapely now, in his control top pantyhose.

"We'll be right back." Beth told the guys, picking up both their wigs from the bed. "I've got to see if I can find some longer bobby pins to use to hold these so they don't slip. Just relax for a minute." That wasn't all they had to do.

Christy had found the adhesive that she carefully applied to the inside edges of the net of the wigs. "It's supposed to last for days and the woman said it won't irritate the skin." She had explained to the others. They didn't want the guys to be able to get them off easily. Later, when they discovered the predicament they were in, they might try to get out of their disguises. They weren't about to make it easy for them.

They looked at each other and smiled. Craig put one hand on his hip and the on his chin. "Oh, Barbara. You look just charming today." He told Jack, trying to imitate a female's voice.

Jack laughed. "And I just love your hair Karen." He used Craig's girlfriend's name, as Craig used his.

"I think you need to go on a diet Barbara." Craig knew he looked better than his friend and he didn't mind teasing him about it.

Jack thought quickly. "Well, my dear. There's just more of me to love."

The guys kidded around for a few minutes until they heard the girls coming back.

The four of them had a lot of discussion about how they should dress them up. Sheri and Amy would have loved to put them into something sexy but Beth and Christy convinced them that probably wasn't wise. It would have been one thing if they were really skinny but they weren't. Granted, Beth was having second thoughts about Craig, now that she'd gotten a better look at him, but it was too late now. They agreed on more conservative dresses. Nothing too flashy. Nothing that would draw too much attention to them.

Sheri found Craig the prettiest little white and blue dress in one of the consignment shops. It had a wide white lace collar with a jewel neckline and half sleeves. The bodice was fitted and it really fit him well. His chest was smaller than most guys. The skirt was fitted but not too body hugging. The blue skirt came to only a few inches about the knee. It was suitable for a party or church or a variety of occasions.

Amy had a tougher time finding Jack a dress. He was harder to fit. She ended up buying a dress off the rack. It wasn't as pretty as Craig's but he was going to look adorable in it. She didn't dare buy him anything fitted, like Craig's. Jack hardly had a waistline. Still, she was pleased with the beige and black print.

"We got lucky. My Mom had one and I found another in my little sister's closet." Beth told them.

Craig was sure that he got the little sister's. It did help a little that he wouldn't be wearing an old ladies dress. Funny, the rational at a moment like this, he thought to himself.

"Slips first." Christy told them. She handed one to Beth. The girls helped them slip into them. "Now your outfits. Then we'll fix your hair again." She was careful not to call them dresses, although that's what they were.

Beth had no trouble getting Craig into his. It fit him beautifully. He did complain a little. "I can't wear this." He insisted, standing there feeling very foolish.

"Of course you can. You look wonderful." He did look awfully pretty. "Now sit down so I can get your wig on you."

She turned to Christy who was buttoning up the back of Jack's dress for him. "Isn't this great? Aren't you kind of turned on by the way they look?" She pretended she was.

Christy went along with it. "Yea, I don't know what it is but it's exciting somehow." She sat Jack down. She didn't have to stand so close as she carefully fitted the wig over his head. She put her chest right in his face. "You feel it too?" She asked Jack.

He felt it at the moment. He could almost taste her delicious flesh. Jack put a hand on the back of her leg as she pulled and tugged the wig in place. He wasn't really paying attention as he stroked her soft skin.

Christy figured she had to expect a little of that. It didn't bother her. As long as the hand didn't wander too high.

It was hard to get it in place before securing it with the glue. One slip and it would be on crooked, permanently. Well, at least for the next several days. She laughed to herself when she imagined him trying to get it off and it not budging. He was sure to panic.

The two girls stood back to look at their efforts. The boys stood up and turned around at their request. "They need shoes." Christy stated.

"I know that." She replied, as if Christy stated the obvious. She only pretended to be annoyed with her friend. "No, there's something else." She studied them for a few seconds before she asked, "Craig, let me see your hands." It was his fingernails that she paid most attention to. Then she took Jack's hand in hers and did the same.

Christy laughed inside. They planned all along on putting false nails on them. They had them next door, waiting.

Christy looked up at the boys. "We really need to give you some fingernails. No self respecting girl would go out with nails like those."

The both looked at their hands and wondered what they'd look like with long nails. After everything else, why not. "What the hell." Craig said, looking up with a smile.

Craig was so easy. Beth thought he was precious.

It was quite a while since they smoked. Christy went down stairs and got a couple more joints. It was going to take a few minutes to glue on their new nails and put on polish. They might as well let them mellow out again.

Amy and Sheri were glad for the opportunity to relax for a few minutes. Amy had gone through three rolls of film and was half way through her fourth. Beth was on her second video cassette. She didn't miss a moment of it. Later, she would edit the film, taking out the parts they didn't want.

Finally, they finished. Both boys had nicely manicured nails. Craig's fingers were nice and slender and his hand didn't look as if he ever did any hard work. Jack's didn't look as good. He had much larger hands than friend's.

"I think they're dry enough now." Beth said, getting up from the little table she'd set up for them to do their nail on. "I better see what I can find you for shoes."

Christy stayed. "I can't get over how convincing you two look." She told them as she stepped out of camera range.

Beth didn't hurry back. "What do you think?" She asked her sister and Amy.

"I can't believe we're getting away with it. They look fantastic." Amy was careful to whisper.

"Craig looks so convincing. He's actually pretty." Ironic, she thought to herself.

"Just wait till we get them to the dorm. It's going to be great." Beth couldn't wait to show them to their friends. She and Christy had told several of them what they were going to do and they were dying to see how the boys came out.

Christy gave the boys a few pointers. She had them practice sitting and standing. "You don't want to give yourselves away by not looking like you know how to act." She said, trying to help.

Neither of them argued with that. They did exactly what she told them to. They were both sitting there with their hands in their laps when Beth came back in.

Beth handed Craig the white shoes and Jack, the black. They could only hope they had guessed correctly on their sizes.

Craig thought the pumps were too tight in the toes. Beth laughed at that. She bent down and checked the fit herself. "They're fine. They're bound to feel a little tight at first but you'll get used to them quickly."

Christy checked Jack's. His seemed a little wide for his foot but they were perfect in the toe. He'd manage.

They were almost ready to go. Beth went up to Craig. "Pull your hair back for a minute." He did as she asked and she put on the clip earrings they found for them. She handed Christy the other pair to put on Jack.

"They hurt." Craig complained.

"They won't in a minute or two. You won't even notice they're there." She took his arm. "Hold your hand out for me." She had a bracelet for him. Beth knew he'd never get the small clasp hooked with his new nails. The necklace Beth put around his neck matched. The set was a very feminine gold link and the necklace had a small pendant.

Jack's were tiny white pearls and they looked perfect with his dress.

Christy was disappointed that the ring they got for Jack wouldn't fit. His fingers were too big. They had guessed wrong. So they put one ring on each of Craig's hands. They fit him easily but weren't so loose that they'd fall off.

"Now the final touches." Beth put on Craig's lipstick and Christy, of course, did Jack's. Like the rest of their makeup, it wasn't too garish. They didn't want them to look like painted whores.

The decorative perfume bottles were standing on the dresser. Each of the girls took one.

Beth sprayed a little on Craig's wrist. "Isn't that pretty?" It was a fragrance she loved.

He sniffed it. The smell was so feminine it was disturbing. "Maybe I should just skip this part?"

"Oh, I thought you'd like this. It's really delicate and I just love it. Please wear it, for me?" She asked with a pretty pout.

"All right." He agreed. He didn't want to hurt her feelings. God, she was beautiful.

"Ok, lets get going." Beth suggested. "It's almost seven and we want to get to the party before eight thirty."

That was their signal to get going. Amy had the film, to drop off to get developed. She also had the Polaroids she had taken, in her purse. They were to drop off the film and meet them at the dorm. If they hurried, they could hide and get a few shots of them coming out of the building.

Now the boys were really nervous. It wasn't going to be easy leaving the house, looking the way they did. Just walking in the heels was difficult enough. "Can't we practice a little before we go?" Craig asked.

"There isn't time. We have to change and our stuff is back at the dorm. We really need to hurry."

"The Dorm!" Jack blurted out.

"Well we decided it might be a better idea if we didn't dress up tonight, considering how you two are dressed. We thought it might be less obvious for you if we just wore dresses too. That way you wouldn't feel so conspicuous." The pretended they were doing them a favor.

They couldn't argue with their logic. It made sense. "But why do we have to go to the dorm with you?

Can't we just wait here?" Jack suggested.

"Well, you could, but my Mother and Father and my little sister are going to be home in little while and I don't think you would want them to walk in and find you here. Besides, I don't have anything here to wear and all Christy's clothes are back in our room, at school."

"We'll go with you." Craig agreed. He assumed they'd just wait in the car.

They didn't remember until they were down stairs. Navigating the steps in heels was not easy and it took some concentration. "What about our clothes?" Craig asked.

"We'll leave them here and get them later." Beth told them. "I thought we'd come back here after the party, so you can change and we can have a little time alone." She led them on.

"What about your parents and your sister?" Jack didn't forget they were supposed to be home soon.

"They're going over to the neighbor's tonight to play bridge. They won't be home till really late. They won't be a problem."

Their thoughts went back to getting laid. After all they let them do to them, the boys were sure they were going to get what they came for.

Christy was the one who pretended to remember what they appeared to forget. "Purses!"

The guys turned to look at her, surprised by her outburst.

"God, I can't believe I forgot." Beth exclaimed. "I'll find us a couple. I'll be right down."

That's when the boys realized their wallets, their money was still upstairs in their pants, on the bed.

They asked Beth to get them for them.

Beth was already at the top of the stairs. "Ok."

She did get their wallets but she took out their money and put it in her purse. If they had money then they had a way to get away from Sheri and Amy later. She wasn't about to give them that advantage.

She grabbed the purses the girls had gotten for them and quickly dumped the makeup they used on them into each. They might need to freshen up later. The thought was amusing.

Christy showed them how to carry them. Jack's had handles so he wore it on his arm. Craig's was a shoulder bag that he slung on his shoulder. Both of them looked adorable. They didn't give them a chance to check the contents of the purses, beyond confirming that their wallets were there.

Beth opened the front door for them. They were really scared about going outside. The girls acted as if there was nothing to be afraid of. "I think I better drive tonight. It takes a little getting used to, driving in heels." She explained.

Given how awkward it was just walking, neither could imagine driving. "That's fine." Craig agreed. It was his car that they came in.

The sun was setting but it was still fairly nice out. The weather had begun to change but today was warmer than it had been for the past week. There was something really weird about being outside, dressed this way. Feeling the air waft up under their dresses, through their sheer pantyhose, was a strange sensation. They both felt somehow naked, so vulnerable.

It wasn't a long walk around the house and up the driveway. The boys looked around nervously, to see if there was anyone about, watching them. There was only a couple of kids a few houses away. They looked up when the four of them came out of the house but didn't pay any particular attention to them. It was definitely a relief to climb into the car.

Beth insisted that Craig sit up front, with her. Jack slid in the back beside Christy. Jack hugged his door. It wouldn't look right for two girls to be sitting beside each other too close.

Christy had fun on the way to the doom, about a fifteen minute ride. She playfully came on to Jack.

Stroking his bare smooth arm, touching his thigh through his dress. It rode up his leg when he sat.

It was more scary for Jack than exciting. He didn't want her to do these things to him, not there, not now. What if someone saw her? What if someone realized what he really was. "Please don't." He asked.

Seeing him so skittish, so nervous, was great. It only encouraged her to do more.

"You know, we did forget one thing." She said, turning to Craig briefly as she turned a corner.

He was on pins and needles, praying that they wouldn't get a light and have to stop. Praying that if they did, no car would pull up beside them. Hoping that if one did, no one in the other car would look over his way. "What?"

He was obviously tense. So was Jack. She'd been watching Christy playing with him in the rear view mirror. "You two need to relax a little. If you keep this up, you're sure to give yourselves away. Christy, leave poor Jack alone. If I can wait till later, so can you." She kept up the pretense that there'd be love making later that evening.

"What'd we forget?" Craig asked in a small voice. They were getting closer to the dorm.

She heard the fear in his voice again. She almost felt a little sorry for him. Perhaps it was because he looked so convincing. Maybe it was the fact that the bravado he'd exhibited when they first met earlier in the week was replaced now with nervous, fearful anticipation. He certainly wasn't the pushy, arrogant stud he'd pretended to be. Now all she saw was a scared little girl. He was charming. Beth remembered what she was going to say, "Your names. You need new names." She turned to look at Craig again. "What do you think of Cathy?" She always loved that name for a girl.

"Fine, ok?" That name had particular significance for Craig. It didn't matter to him what she called him in front of her friends. All he dared think of now was afterwards. He concentrated on what they might do when they got back to her house.

"What about you sweet thing?" Christy asked, stroking the inside of Jack's thigh.

He took her hand and pushed it away. "Stop that!"

Christy just laughed. "I'm going to call you Mabel." She announced playfully.

"That's a stupid name." That was a nerd's name. Craig had playfully called him by his girlfriend's name, back in the bedroom. "My name'll be Barbara."

"Guys, there's one other little thing." Beth said, watching the road.

"What?" Jack snapped.

Beth let it go. Jack, she didn't like. He would get his soon enough, in spades. "The way you talk. Do you think you can change your voices a little? You know, talk a little higher maybe. You've got kind of deep voices."

Both of them could, of course. They'd done it in the bedroom when they teased each other, when they thought they were alone.

Craig was anxious to know if Beth thought his feminine voice would let him get away with this game.

He tried really hard to keep his tone level and calm. "How's this? 'I think it's really sweet of you and Christy to invite Barbara and I to go to the party with you Beth.'"

Beth couldn't help but to take her eyes from the rood for a minute and stare at him. He was precious. It wasn't just how he said it but what he said. "That was perfect . . . Cathy. You did beautifully. Just talk like that tonight and no one will ever guess your secret."

"Now you try Barbara." Christy said, excited. Craig did wonderfully. She was impressed.

He felt funny, pretending. He didn't know what to say.

"Go ahead Barb. Give it a try. Don't be nervous." Beth encouraged him.

He thought back to them teasing each other earlier. "Cathy, I just love what you've done with your hair tonight. And that dress. You must tell me where you found it."

"That was great. Perfect." Not really. Jack's voice sounded a little squeaky, not nearly as convincing as Craig's.

"Good, very good." Beth didn't care that Jack would look like a fool. Cathy would be fine. "You two should practice. We'll be there in about five minutes. No more talking like Craig and Jack. Only talk like Cathy and Barbara from now on."

Craig wanted to practice. The last thing he wanted was to be found out. The girls helped by instigating conversation, asking questions.

"No, you have to come in." Beth said, waiting to open her door. "You can't just sit out here for an hour. It would look too suspicious. The security guys come around about every fifteen minutes. They'd be over here checking on you."

They knew that those guys always question people they thought were suspicious. At the least, they'd want to see some id, a student IDs or licenses. "Where would we go?" Craig asked.

"At, at, at. Cathy's voice, remember?" Beth scolded him.

"I forgot." He said in his higher voice.

"You can't forget again." He was so cute this way. "You can wait in the public room or come upstairs with us while we change." She told him. She was pretty sure which one they'd choose.

"We'll come up." Barbara decided for them. Neither of them could imagine waiting downstairs. It was early enough that guys would probably be in the gathering room. No way did they want to be alone, with guys around. It was feasible that some of them might even be guys they knew. No way.

It seemed like miles from where they parked to the front door of the dorm. Walking in heels, trying to look like it was nothing, wasn't easy.

Beth tried to put him at ease by staying close and talking to him. She kept talking as they passed through the front door and into the foyer. "This way." She led him to the stairs. "Just take it easy, take your time." At least it was easier going up stairs than down. Christy brought Jack along with her. Jack hadn't mastered walking in the heels as well as Craig. He was such a klutz.

Craig was relieved that they only lived on the second floor. They had passed a couple of girls coming down but he just looked away, not at them. He could feel the perspiration forming on his forehead and it wasn't that warm in the building. He was terrified. He wondered if Jack was as scared as he was? How could he not be? They breathed a sigh of relief when Christy closed their door behind them.

"There, that wasn't so bad?" Beth turned and smiled at Craig. "Look at you, you're sweating." She took a tissue and dabbed the perspiration from his forehead. "You did fine Cathy. Just relax now."

He did. He plopped down on the edge of one of the beds. "I was terrified." He admitted.

"You shouldn't be. You look great, really. You just need to chill." She sat on the bed beside him and put her arm around him. "I saw how you kept your eyes down. You shouldn't do that. You need to smile a little, look around, look people in the eye."

He looked at her woefully.

Beth laughed at his expression. "Really Cathy. You're a very pretty young woman, there's no reason for you to be so shy."

He couldn't help but smile at her. She was playing with him, but the way she did it was comforting.

"Seriously, you've got to get over being afraid. It makes you look suspicious when you don't look people in the eye. They immediately think something's wrong with you. You know that!"

Beth was right. It would be hard but he had to get past it if he was going to get away with this.

Jack took in all that Beth said too. He was starting to feel just a little annoyed that Craig seemed to be more convincing that he was. It wasn't that he didn't get as much attention. He got plenty of that from Christy. Wasn't she sitting on his lap as they listened to Beth and Craig? No, it was that competitive thing. Jack just couldn't stand the idea of Craig being better at anything then him. He just made up his mind, then and there, that he would be the better at pretending tonight. Jack would just have to be more confident, that's all.

The guys put on the TV to pass the time while Beth and Christy got ready. Beth immediately turned it off. "You guys need to practice. Walk around, sit, act out your parts and talk. Practice!"

Jack would have rather watched TV but he went along. Craig seemed to jump whenever Beth asked him to do something. He wasn't usually like that but if Craig was going to practice, so was he.

The guys thought it would have been nice if the girls changed in the bedroom, instead of the bathroom.

Beth called Craig to her side as she put on her makeup. "Take your powder out of your purse and do your forehead. You were perspiring pretty good when we came in."

Mimicking her, he did as she asked. "That ok?" He asked when he was finished.

"Perfect. You did fine." She said with a smile. It was cute, the way he wanted to please her. "Now let me see a smile." She told him, looking at his reflection beside hers.

"A smile?" He didn't get it.

"Yes . . . , a smile. Let's see one."

He thought he looked ridiculous with a grin on his face.

"That wasn't bad but try it again with just a little bit of a pout." She showed him what she meant.

"Much better." Beth praised his efforts. "That's very nice. Now one more thing. Try and relax your face and just enjoy yourself. You're giving yourself wrinkles and you look much prettier without them."

Craig tried but . . .

"Take a deep breath. Another. Good. Now I want you to close your eyes and think about something pleasant."

Christy, who'd been watching them, had an idea. "Cathy, think about what it's going to be like later, back at Beth's house. Think about the two of you lying naked on her bed."

"Christy!" Beth turned to her friend, a little annoyed. "Stop it."

That was not a picture to relax him. Just the thought aroused him.

Jack jumped in. "You and me?" He asked Christy.

"You couldn't keep me away." She said grinning as she stroked his soft chin. It was a lie of course.

She was repulsed by him now, worse than ever. He was a freak.

Beth knew Sheri and Amy were waiting. It was about the time they were to leave. "We better get going."

Beth was beginning to feel this strange affection for Craig and she didn't want to feel that way. She was setting him up to be humiliated and naturally, he would blame her. That thought left her feeling shallow and cheap. The boy that came to her door that afternoon was cocky and arrogant. The pretty thing that sat beside her at her dressing table, watching intently as she put on her makeup, was a shy, frightened creature named Cathy. This person she liked.

Christy slipped into her heels and grabbed her purse. "Let's go."

At the door, Beth turned to Craig, "Now remember what I said. Just relax, enjoy yourself and for God's sake smile and stop staring at the ground."

Craig liked her. She was sweet, she was funny and she really seemed to care about him. "I'll try."

Beth and Christy had been wondering when Gina and the others would make an appearance. Denise spotted them downstairs, when the four of them came in. Beth thought they would come to the room but they didn't. She had made them all swear not to let on that they knew who their new friends were. She insisted that they treat them just like girls and not overdo it. They lived up to their promises as Beth and Christy introduced Barbara and Cathy to their friends outside in the hall.

Craig tried very hard not to look nervous. He smiled and said hello to each of their friends. He looked for any sign that they recognized them for what they were but none of them showed any indication that they knew.

One thing that helped. It did occur to Craig that if they did, all they had to do was explain about the costume party and everyone would have a good laugh. This revelation, which should have dawned on him earlier, allowed him to relax and have a little fun. As long as they were with Beth and Christy, there was nothing to be afraid of.

The stairs were a little easier this time. They were getting the hang of it. They were almost to the bottom when Beth exclaimed, "Oh shit."

Craig panicked, "What's wrong?" He thought it was something he or Jack did, or didn't do.

"No, it's ok. We just forgot the invitations upstairs." She looked at the boys thoughtfully for a second while she decided what to do. "Cathy, you and Barbara go wait at the car while we run up and find the invitations."

"Shouldn't I go with you?" Craig asked, looking around to make sure no one could over hear.

"And navigate these stairs again? No, I don't think so. Just take Barbara and go wait by the car. We'll be there in a few minutes." Part of the plan was to get shots of the guys coming out of the women's dorm, dressed up, alone.

Christy knew the plan. She turned around and followed Beth up the stairs.

Craig, in a whisper, said to Jack, "Maybe we should wait here?"

Jack was a little tired of all the attention Craig was getting. It wasn't that he was feeling that confident about himself but he wanted to show Craig he wasn't the only one who could pull this off. In the voice he'd been practicing, he said, "Don't be silly Cathy. Let's go." He pushed the door open and stepped outside.

Craig wasn't about to be left there alone, he followed.

"There they are, right on time." Sheri had already zoomed in with the video camera to get a shot of the front door, including the sign overhead that read 'Meredith Hall', the name of the women's dorm. Amy was ready too and started clicking her shutter like mad as the two very feminine looking boys walked toward the parking lot. They got some great shots of their faces, capturing their smiles as they passed girls going the other way.

Craig felt more than a little scared as the girls approached them. He remembered what Beth had said and kept his head up. He thought he'd die when the one girl smiled back and said "Hi." It took all his courage to return the greeting but he felt pretty good about himself when she didn't even seem to bat an eye.

What did bother Craig was Jack. Jack's screechy voice didn't sound very natural. He didn't look all that great either. All Beth's compliments about the way he looked gave him a degree of confidence, but Jack? Jack was another story. He almost wished he could distance himself from his buddy. Craig wished that he and Beth could go to the party without Jack and Christy. He was afraid Jack would give them away.

It was dark by now. It was a blessing as far as the guys were concerned. They stood beside the car and waited for Beth and Christy. They didn't have long to wait.

Craig was having a hard time getting used to his long nails. Even opening the car door seemed strange. He straightened his skirt under him when he got in, following Beth's lead. He would have done it anyway, modesty demanded that he cover his smooth stockinged legs.

Sheri and Amy were already on their way to the rendezvous. One of the most awkward parts of their plan was to trick the boy's girlfriends, Barbara and Karen into going somewhere where they could 'run into them.' The plan had to be orchestrated carefully, so as not to cause suspicion.

It was Beth and Christy that came up with the sorority party idea. Christy was the one who belonged to Phi Kappa. She approached a couple of her sisters with it and they loved it when she told them the whole story.

The only problem was it was such short notice. They usually took weeks to put together a party, especially a costume party. Everyone scrambled for costumes, which wasn't easy considering it was so close to Halloween.

The list was small, about fifteen of the girls and their boyfriends. None of the guys were to be told the real reason for the party, or that Christy and her roommate's friends were really guys. It would be more fun that way.

The invitations sent to Barbara and Karen were delivered by one of the officers of Phi Kappa. They made it appear that the girls were being wooed by the sorority for membership. Since the invitations included dates, they waited until after Craig and Jack broke their dates with the girls. That way, hopefully, the girls would ask other boys to go with them.

Sheri and Amy had a few friends that knew Barbara and Karen. It was through them that they learned the girls would be bringing dates. Their plan was coming together.

Barbara's and Karen's invitations said nine thirty. That would allow Beth and Christy to get there with the boys, introduce them around as Barbara and Cathy and hopefully, allow the boys time to become a little at ease in their surroundings.

Soon after, Sheri and Amy would join the party, supposedly as prospective pledges. They would pretend not to recognize Craig and Jack. Christy's 'sisters' would do all they could to make it awkward for the boys to escape unobtrusively.

Ideally, 'Barbara' and 'Cathy' would not be recognized by their girlfriends when they arrived. They'd be coaxed into socializing with Barbara and Karen and their dates.

After socializing for a short while and enjoying watching the boy's squirm, Sheri and Amy would spring their surprise on everyone at the party. Craig and Jack would be mortified in front of everyone, especially Barbara and Karen. Exposed as feminine cross dressers, their reputations would be ruined and they would be totally shamed in front of the whole student body. No self respecting girl would have anything to do with them. What sweet revenge!

For the most part, everything went as planned. They got to the party on time. Most everyone was already there. Barbara and Cathy were introduced to Christy's sorority sisters and received a warm reception. Beth explained why they didn't come in costume, due to it being such short notice. No one had a problem with that. The guys had no clue it was part of the plan. Everyone else knew, of course.

It got easier for the boys as they were introduced around. The guys made them more nervous than the girls. How embarrassing it would have been if the guys were to discover that 'Barbara' and 'Cathy' were really guys, like them. It seemed natural that they preferred to stay close to the women, rather than the men.

The girl's friends were really nice to them. Craig almost felt guilty for the deception. Beth seemed to really enjoy fooling Christy's friends. She stayed close to him and that helped a lot.

Craig was constantly looking around. He couldn't help but feel a little nervous. He felt much more at ease than when he first walked into the place. They'd fooled everyone. No one had a clue what they really were.

Out of the corner of his eye, Craig spotted a familiar face. It was more Amy's long blond hair that caught his attention. It wasn't till she turned around that he realized he knew her and only took him a second to recognize the person with her. It was Sheri. He felt panic rise up inside him. He wanted to run, to hide.

Craig wanted to warn Jack but he was in the other room with Christy. He'd have to walk right past the two girls to get to him, to alert him.

"What's wrong Cathy?" Beth whispered with mock concern. She saw the surprise on his face and followed his gaze. He'd spotted her sister and Amy.

Craig turned and whispered in Beth's ear. "I know those two girls over there."

"Which two?" As if she didn't know. Beth was having second thoughts about what she was about to do to humiliate the two boys.

Craig pointed them out. At least they weren't looking his way.

"Those two?" Beth said, acting surprised. Her mind was racing, going over possibilities. In an instant, she made up her mind what she was going to do.

"Yes!" He replied, nearing panic. "They'll recognize me."

Beth took his arm and they moved away from inquisitive ears. "Don't be silly Cathy. Why should they recognize you? The brunette's my little sister, Sheri. The pretty blond's Amy, her friend."

His head spun around to face Beth, in shock. "Sheri's your sister!?"

"Sure." Beth replied casually. "You in one of her classes?" Beth took it a step further. "Let's have a little fun with her. Come on." Beth knew she'd be taking a chance, springing the change of plans on her sister but Sheri was quick, she'd pick on it and go along with her.

"But . . . " Sweat was starting to form on his forehead.

Beth had to calm him down. "Relax and come with me." She told him and took his hand. She was going to take him to the ladies room and have him powder his nose. She was going to make him walk right past Sheri and Amy.

His feet were frozen to the floor. Beth gave him a little tug.

Sheri'd been watching and saw them coming toward them. "Hi Beth." She said casually.

"Hi Sis." Beth replied. Amy turned to them. "Hi Amy. How are you two tonight?"

‘Hi Sis?' Sheri heard her sister say. Why did she give away their relationship? She had to go along.

"Just fine."

"Fine Beth, thanks. Great party." Amy heard it too. She didn't know why Beth let him know she knew Sheri and her but she must have had a reason. She made sure to keep smiling.

Craig didn't say a word. He tried not to even look at them. But he couldn't resist.

Amy wanted to turn turned away. She could hardly control herself, wanting to laugh.

Beth had to introduce them. "Sheri and Amy, this is my friend Cathy. Cathy, this is my sister Sheri and her friend, Amy." Beth was confident that the girls would say the right things and go along.

Amy replied first, "Nice to meet you Cathy. Are you pledging here?" She wanted to laugh out loud, but, with great effort, she controlled herself.

What should he say? He collected his wits and tried to stay calm. "I'm thinking about it." Don't say too much he told himself.

Sheri wanted her turn. "Amy and I are too." She'd been thinking as they were introduced that it might seem too ludicrous of her not to recognize him at all. "I've seen you on campus, haven't I?"

Of course she had. She recognized him, he was sure of it.

"You couldn't have." Beth came to his aid. "Cathy's considering transferring from Florida Central.

She just came over for the weekend."

Thank you Beth, Craig thought to himself. But with her next words, he wasn't so sure he should thank her.

"You might know Cathy's brother. He goes to Florida State. His name is Craig. They're twins."

Now Sheri knew what her sister was up to.

Amy was following what was going on too.

"You're kidding! You're Craig's sister?" Sheri let just the right degree of amazement come across in her voice. "I thought there was something very familiar about you."

What better way to explain any resemblance than this, he realized. Beth was protecting him, and lying to her sister. Why she'd do that he didn't know but he was so grateful she had. "Yes, we look a little alike."

That was enough, Beth decided. He was nervous, that was obvious. "I was just going to show Cathy where the bathroom was. We'll see you in a little while." She turned to Craig. "Come with me Cathy, it's this way."

"It's really nice to meet you Cathy." Sheri said smiling.

"Say hello to your brother for us." Amy added, with just a hint of sarcasm. She couldn't resist.

"I will. It's nice to meet you too." It was such a relief to get away from them. "You saved my life."

Craig whispered to Beth as they turned down the hall. Craig couldn't believe she didn't recognize him.

"She looked right at me and smiled." He told Beth when they were alone in the ladies room.

"Sheri was looking at you like she recognized you. I couldn't let you get caught." Beth said so sincerely. "You were terrific with them."

She wouldn't think he was so terrific if she knew how badly he treated her sister and Amy. Now he was ashamed of what he'd done to them. Craig couldn't bring himself to tell her the truth. "They're in a couple of my classes. I've seen them around."

She wasn't surprised that he lied. "Now you have nothing to worry about. Your own mother wouldn't recognize you tonight Cathy." Beth told him, smiling.

A lot of the self confidence he'd discovered tonight was coming back after his scare. "It was unbelievable!"

"Not really sweetheart." Beth stroked his arm. "You make a very believable looking young woman."

"Oh, thanks." A left-handed compliment.

"No, I mean it. It's true. I think it's very sweet."

Not exactly the kind of impression a guy wants to make on a girl.

The plan all along was to introduce Cathy and Barbara to her sister and Amy. As another way to boost their confidence. This turned out much better.

"I'm going to prove something to you, once and for all." Beth announced as they left the small room.

"Let's go find Barbara and Christy."

They found them in the back of the house, in the large rec room. "You won't believe who I just saw."

Craig said to Jack.

Jack wasn't doing as well as Craig. He had other things on his mind. His nerves were getting a little frayed. Christy had been taking him around and introducing him to all her sorority sisters and their dates. He confided this to Craig before asking, "Who did you see."

He was careful not to let Beth and Christy overhear. "Sheri and Amy. Those two girls who were bothering us last week."

"They're here!?" Jack was about to lose it.

The girls couldn't help but overhear his reaction to whatever Craig was saying to his friend. They could see that it upset Jack.

"Calm down." Christy told him. "It's no big deal."

Craig had to tell him what happened. "Sheri is Beth's sister."

"Her sister!?" That took Jack completely by surprise. The coincidence didn't even dawn on him.

"She was looking at me like she might have recognized me. Beth saved me. They think I'm Craig's twin sister."

Beth had to reassure Jack too. "Barbara, there's no way these girls could recognize you tonight. We're going to prove something to you two, once and for all. Come on." Beth took Craig's arm and turned him toward the door.

All he could do was follow. He was safest by her side.

Christy gave Jack a little nudge and they followed.

The two girls were right where they'd been a few minutes ago, talking to one of the sorority sisters.

"Sheri, Amy. I want you to meet Cathy's friend, Barbara." No need for further explanations.

Sheri and Amy looked at him and smiled, shaking hands. "It's very nice to meet you." She didn't let her gaze rest too long on ‘Barbara'.

Amy did the same, acting completely natural. "It's really nice to meet you."

Jack didn't look either of them in the eye at first but as Beth and Christy started making pleasant conversation with him and the others, he couldn't help himself. There wasn't one flicker of recognition. It was amazing. He would have preferred to walk away but he didn't dare. He couldn't stand the thought of being alone.

Craig got up his nerve and added a little to their conversation. He couldn't get over how easily they fooled these two girls.

Beth decided not to press it. They accomplished what they set out to and it was time to move on.

They excused themselves politely and headed back to the rear of the house.

"Can you believe that?" Sheri exclaimed to Amy.

"He's got such nerve." Amy agreed. "He's very convincing."

"He's not only convincing, he's pretty and he's charming." They were referring to Craig, of course

"He makes a wonderful girl. Wouldn't it be fun if we could get him to pass like this in school?" Craig was really something. "Too bad Jack's not as convincing."

"I know. I just hope he's able to fool Barbara, for a few minutes at least."

"I hope so. It'd be a shame if she recognized him right off."

They'd been there for almost an hour. They were back in the living room, socializing with a couple of Christy's friends and Craig was actually having fun, when he heard a voice he thought he recognized. He turned to look and saw Karen standing in the foyer with Pete beside her, holding her hand. Barbara and Matt stood behind them, waiting their turn to be introduced to their hosts.

Karen and Pete had been a thing, before Craig and her got together. Matt was a friend of Pete. Craig was too wrapped up with his own problems to be jealous at the moment.

Craig spun around, praying they didn't seem him. Jack was talking with Christy, he apparently hadn't spotted who had just arrived. He couldn't very well interrupt him with the shocking news while they were talking to Cass, another of the girls they'd been introduced to. Craig was sure he'd panic. The sight of Karen had pushed him to the verge himself.

Sheri breathed a sigh of relief. She was starting to wonder if they would ever show up. Granted, they were only a half hour late.

Beth, in conversation with one of Christy's friends and her boyfriend, was unaware of the girls' arrival. She had never seen the girls before. Beth, by now, was having serious second thoughts about what they had started out to do. When she got involved in this deception, Craig and Jack were just some guys that her sister wanted to get even with. Now it was different. She felt sympathy for this person beside her. She became more and more apprehensive as the hour approached for the moment of truth.

He couldn't get to Jack without it appearing awkward. Craig turned to Beth and interrupted her conversation. "Excuse me, Beth?" He struggled to keep his high voice calm.

Beth turned to him.

"Would you come to the ladies' room with me?" He asked. Not so unusual for one girl to say to another, he knew.

She knew he knew where it was. There was obviously something wrong. To Christy's friend and her date, she said, "You'll excuse us for a moment?"

Beth led the way, leaving Jack and Christy there talking with friends. As they walked across the room, she noticed the two arrivals and understood. They had to be their girlfriends. Beth had been thinking and she just couldn't go through with it. Not this way. Not with sweet, darling Cathy. Jack was another story. Let them have their fun with him. Let them humiliate him if they wanted to.

Craig was heading toward the bathroom when Beth steered him away, to the kitchen. He didn't care where they went as long as it was out of there.

The kitchen just happened to be unoccupied at the moment. "What's wrong Cathy?" She kept up the pretense.

"Those girls that just came in. One of them is someone I date from time to time." For some reason, he didn't tell Beth the truth. He had the presence of mind not to call her his girlfriend. "I have to get out of here."

Beth made up her mind. "Just wait here for a minute, don't go back out there. Wait for me."

"I will." Where was she going to go? Craig assumed she was going back for Jack and Christy. He didn't budge.

The whole thing was falling apart. Their girlfriends came by long enough to apologize, to tell them they had other commitments, and then left. Now Sheri and Amy didn't know what they were going to do.

Beth found her sister. Overhearing their conversation as she walked up, she asked, "What happened?"

"They're gone! They left without even seeing them!" Amy told Beth, disappointed.

"What do we do now? Just expose them in front of these guys?" Sheri asked, unsure what to do.

Beth breathed a sigh of relief. "No, let's just think a minute." She had already thought of an alternate plan to suggest to the others, without reveling her own, second thoughts about what they were doing. This new idea was one that wouldn't necessarily have to lead to complete social embarrassment, or them discovering their part in the plot against them. But it would only work if the boys didn't balk and went along with it. "I have an idea."

Craig was so relieved to hear that they were gone. He went back into the party with Beth. Taking her advice, Craig didn't tell Jack about their near meeting. It would only have scared him more than he already was.

As the evening got late, some of Christy's friends wanted to have some fun with them but Beth talked them out of it. They all knew the original plan had fallen through. They had all gotten an opportunity to socialize with 'Cathy' and 'Barbara'. "We've come up with another idea and we don't want to spoil it just yet." She told them.

"They're already home. We can't go back there tonight." Beth told them after pretending to make a call to the house.

"But our clothes are there. My car." Craig and Jack protested

"It's all right. We can get your things tomorrow." Christy made it sound simple enough.

"We can't go back to the dorm like this." Jack insisted.

"That's all right. You can stay at Meredith Hall tonight."

"The women's dorm!?" Craig said in surprise.

"Sure, why not. Who'd know?" Beth asked.

The idea did have some merit, it seemed to Jack. "Ok, what the hell." He didn't give a thought to how they'd leave the next morning.

Craig didn't know what to do. He didn't have much choice but to follow along. They drove them back to Meredith Hall.

Craig didn't like the idea.

"Well you can't very well sleep in that dress." Beth said, holding the nightie out to him.

They had no difficulty getting in. It frequently happened that sorority pledges spent the night in the dorms.

"Come on Craig. Don't be such a chicken." Jack was already getting out of his clothes. His nightie, the one Christy got out for him, was lying on the bed. He was excited, he was going to get what they came for, finally.

"I suppose I could." He agreed. If Jack could do it, so could he.

Christy wished she had a camera. The two of them looked so sweet, standing there in just their cute nightgowns.

"Here, put this on." Beth handed him her robe. Craig didn't waste a second putting it on. "Now, lets go."

"Go where?" Jack asked, surprised that they were going anywhere. He thought they'd be staying in the girls' room.

"Judy and Kim are over in the panhandle for the night. You're going to stay in their room tonight."

Christy informed him.

"Why can't we stay here?" Jack wanted to know.

"All four of us?" Beth replied. "That won't work. Besides, we're not allowed to have guests in our rooms. There's two perfectly good beds next door, where you can be comfortable."

Jack was not happy. "At least I can get rid of this." He commented to Craig, flipping the long hair of the wig.

"No, you can't." Christy warned him. "They do room checks here. What if someone walked in and found you without it on. No, you keep it on tonight."

Jack hadn't thought of that. "These too, I guess." He touched his tits.

"Those too." Beth insisted. "Besides, it's going to take a little work to get them off. Remember, they're adhesive backed." It was going to take more than a little work to get either of them off. They'd planned it that way. "Ready?" Beth asked, waiting at the door.

"Ready." Craig started toward her.

Neither of them thought to take the purses they'd carried around all night. All they had were the nightgowns and robes they wore. They weren't likely to try and take off during the night, dressed the way they were.

Amy and Sheri were waiting in the hall. Sheri was wearing one of Amy's nighties. They couldn't wait to see the boys in theirs.

Craig and Jack spotted the girls walking toward them as soon as they stepped out into the hall.

"Hi." Sheri said, trying to look surprised to see them. "You girls staying here tonight. Great."

Craig didn't feel as confident as earlier, wearing the sheer nightie with just the short robe to cover it.

"Beth and Christy said it was alright."

"Cathy and Barbara are going to use Judy's and Kim's room tonight. I have their spare key." Beth informed them, as planned

"Great. We should have a little party." Amy suggested. "I've got a bottle of Vodka in my room. I'll go get it."

"I've got some grapefruit juice and some chips. We'll be right back." Sheri and Amy turned and hurried down the hall without waiting for a reply.

Craig turned to Beth. "Do we have to?"

"Come on, it'll be fun." Jack liked the thought of being in a room with four girls dressed in only their nighties. Especially since two of them thought they had nothing to hide, thinking they were just girls, like them. He was charged up.

The younger girls' appetites for information seem insatiable. Jack was better at making up stories than he was. He answered most of the questions the girls asked. He was also getting more drunk than Craig was. Craig wanted to warn him to watch it, before he slipped up and said the wrong thing, but they weren't alone for a minute, he couldn't.

It was about three in the morning when Sheri and Amy finally left them. Beth and Christy said goodnight soon after. Jack was lost to the world the second his head hit the pillow.

Craig laid there in the dark thinking and trying to get comfortable. His hair kept getting in his face and he kept trying to brush it off. He thought of taking it off while he slept but discovered that it was attached by more than just the big bobby pins. It pulled his scalp when he tugged at it. He finally gave up trying to get it off. He was too tired to care anymore.

It wasn't easy getting used to the breast forms as he turned from side to side. They were securely attached to his chest. He tried for a few minutes to peel them off but they didn't give at all. Short of peeling off a layer of skin, there were there to stay, for now. Until Beth helped him get them off. He found he could only sleep on his back.

Strange, but his thoughts were of Sheri and Amy as he lay there in the silky feeling nightie, under the sheets, waited for sleep to take him. The same two girls that they had been so cruel to, he now discovered that they weren't really so bad. They had been pests before, following them around, trying to integrate themselves into his circle of friends, trying to get his attention. That evening he discovered they weren't really the geeks he thought they were. They were actually kind of nice, really sort of sweet. He finally admitted to himself that he liked them.

"I think we should keep them around all weekend, before you show them the pictures and expose them." Beth suggested when Sheri and Amy joined them in their room. She wanted to buy time for ‘Cathy'.

"We could take them to the game with us tomorrow. Show them off in daylight to everyone. I bet their girlfriends will be there." Christy liked that idea.

"Great idea! Maybe we could take them out after. We could all go to O'Keefe's." That's where everyone went after the games. Sheri'd seen Craig and Jack there before, with their friends.

Amy was beginning to like the idea. "How about church on Sunday. Wouldn't they look adorable all dressed up for church?"

"We could take them to the mall, shopping, afterwards. We could have a blast with them." The more ideas they came up with, the better it sounded.

"I know, but they're not home and I don't have a key." Beth explained that she simply let the door lock behind her when they left her house the night before.

"But we've got to get in somehow." Jack insisted.

"Not with the alarm system my parents have. I'm afraid you'll just have to hang around with us for the day, until they get home." Beth was very sympathetic.

The girls brought them clothes to wear and left them to shower and get dressed, telling them they'd be back in a little while to help them with their makeup and hair.

"This is bullshit." Jack was fuming. "I'm not going to hang around here with them all day, pretending to be Barbara. No way!" The night had turned out to be a total bust. All he got was an ulcer from it. "I'm getting out of here."

"Where're you going to go?" Craig was thinking more clearly than his friend.

"Back to the dorm and get out of this shit." He'd had the same luck trying to get off the wig and his tits as Craig had last night.

"You gonna walk into the dorm in that outfit?" Craig asked, sarcastically. Jack had put on the jeans skirt and blouse they brought him to wear. Beth had explained that she couldn't find any jeans that would fit them. They'd borrowed the clothes from Sheri and Amy for them.

Jack stopped to think what he was proposing. "I'll go over Pete's and change."

"You're going to let Pete see you like that." His friend asked. "You don't think Pete won't tell everyone about it?"

"Well, what the fuck." Jack was yelling now, exasperated.

"Be quiet! You want somebody to hear you and come check on us? We're not supposed to be here,

remember? And stop talking like yourself, talk like Barbara." Craig hadn't forgotten. He wasn't about to slip up and get caught.

"You think you've got it bad. You want to wear these? I'll wear the skirt." Craig was just pulling on the white spandex leggings Beth gave him to wear. They had lace trim around the bottom. The pale pink blouse wasn't much better with its scalloped collar and matching lace trimmed short sleeves. "I'll be happy to trade with you." He knew it would never fit Jack. He was stuck with it. Pink sneakers and all. At least the top hug down low enough to cover his ass.

"Bullshit!" Jack said more calmly, in his squeaky voice. "I'm getting out of here, first chance I get."

Craig would have liked to do the same but he wasn't about to suffer the embarrassment that going back to the dorm, looking the way he did, would bring. He had gotten used to the role of Cathy, with Beth close by, at the party and with the younger girls later on. Craig actually enjoyed their company but he'd never admit that to Jack. He'd never understand.

Jack kept his cool when the girls came back to help them finish getting ready. Beth encouraged Craig to put on some of his makeup himself. It was kind of fun, with her help.

Beth was enjoying him more all the time. After the way he cooperated with her yesterday, she wasn't surprised when he wanted to do some of it himself. It was like teaching a younger sister how to do things. She didn't make fun of him, she encouraged him and praised him when he did well.

Finding them clip on earrings, there in the dorm wasn't so easy. They couldn't wear the dressy pairs they'd worn the night before. Craig now had pretty short pearl drops hanging from his lobes. Jack's were a little more garish, gold drops, but that's all they could scrounge up on short notice.

They didn't tell them their plans for them until after they were all done. Neither of the guys were happy with the idea of going to the game with them, as Cathy and Barbara. Jack acted kind of strange, objecting at first, then agreeing with his next breath. Beth, apart from the others, assured Craig that he didn't have to worry. "I'll be right there with you and I won't let anything happen. We'll have fun."

He did enjoy being around her. After he thought about it, he agreed but he was still scared.

Beth asked him, "Isn't it kind of exciting, seeing the world from a completely different point of view?"

It was, in a way. "I guess so." He agreed halfheartedly. "It's not like being a girl. Experiencing what they do, but it is different." For fun, he flipped his hair.

Beth laughed. Craig laughed with her. The others looked at them funny. They hadn't heard what they were saying to each other.

Beth helped him steer clear of people he knew. They went to the game with Sheri and Amy and that was fine. Christy spotted a bunch of the girls he'd met at the party and they sat with them. They were all unbelievably nice to him and he actually had a good time, watching the game, for a while.

It was about the end of the first quarter when Jack announced that he had to go to the bathroom. Amy had to go too, so they went together. It seemed comical, when Craig thought about how girls never seemed to go to the bathroom alone. Poor Jack.

The quarter ended with the sound of the pistol and the teams switched ends of the field. It was a few minutes into the second quarter, about twenty minutes since Jack and Amy went to the bathroom, that Craig noticed they hadn't gotten back yet. Jack must have been having a rough time in the ladies room. He laughed to himself.

Ten more minutes passed. Craig looked around to answer a question Hayley had asked and he noticed Jack still wasn't back and Sheri was gone now too. He was beginning to worry a little about his friend.

Jack gave her the slip when she went to pee. One second he was there, in the stall, the next, he was gone. Amy went back and got Sheri and they went looking for him.

They were sure the first thing he'd do was get as far from the stadium as he could get. He wouldn't go back to Merideth Hall, that was for sure. They drove by Sheri's house. Craig's car was still there but no sign of Jack.

They planned on moving Craig's car later that afternoon. Putting it back in his dorm parking lot was the thing to do. Later, when they let him go, he'd find his clothes and things in the trunk. He'd have to get AAA to open it up for him because they planned on locking the keys in the trunk too. They weren't going to make it easy for him to get to his clothes.

The only place left to check was the guys' dorm. Unless he had more nerve than they gave him credit for, he'd be wandering around, trying to get up his nerve to go inside and up to his room, wearing the skirt and blouse they gave him to wear. Just in case they spotted him, Amy had her camera ready.

Finally, they spotted him walking down the street toward the dorm. He was a picture with his purse, the one they loaned him this morning, hanging off his arm. Amy got off a few shots with her telephoto lens before they drove up the street to meet him.

"What happened to you Barbara? You scared us to death. Where'd you take off to?" Amy asked, looking concerned.

He didn't expect them to come looking for him. He was dumbfounded that they did. "I wasn't feeling very well. I just had to get out of there."

"Cramps?" Sheri asked, as if she understood. "I get them pretty bad with my period too."

Amy wanted to crack up, but she didn't.

"Yea, cramps." Sure, why not? "It always helps me to walk them off."

He was incredibly stupid. How could any guy get to his age and still be so naive about women? Jack deserved what they did to him, what they were about to do to him.

"Come on Barb, we'll take you back to the dorm and you can lie down for a while. I've got some medication you can take for your cramps." Sheri reached back and opened the back door for him.

Jack didn't want to go back there. He didn't want to go anywhere with these girls. He wanted to get away but how could he now? Reluctantly, he climbed into the car and closed the door.

They were so insistent. They wouldn't leave him alone.

"You need to get undressed, take a nice hot bath and climb into bed. It's the only thing that works for me when I get them bad." Amy told him, mothering him. "I'll start the tub for you and go get my medication. You go ahead and get undressed."

He was trapped again. The last thing he wanted to do was get undressed. He decided he'd pretend to do as they suggested, to get rid of them. Then he'd get dressed as soon as they left and get out of there.

Amy only stood outside the door until she heard him go into the bathroom. Then she snuck in and gathered up the clothes they'd loaned him, leaving him only the nightie he wore the night before.

Jack was standing inside the bathroom door, in just his underwear, the girl's panties and bra, when he heard Amy return.

"You ok in there." Amy asked through the door.

She was so close she startled him. "I'm fine." He told her, stepping away from the door to the tub and splashing the water for their sakes.

"I didn't know which one you might want so I brought you a tampon and I borrowed a couple of maxi pads from one of the girls." Sheri called out to him.

He didn't know Sheri was there too. How embarrassing. Not to mention, ridiculous. They actually brought him those things. "Thanks. I appreciate that. I didn't have any."

Both the girls doubled up, trying not to laugh out loud. "I left you some of my pills, for your cramps, on the dresser. Come on by later, when you feel better and we'll go out and get something to eat." They started for the door before Sheri added. "Oh, Barb. I took the skirt and blouse to give it a wash. When you come by later, we'll find you something else to wear."

His hear sunk in his chest. They took the only clothes he had. Jack dropped down on the commode, exasperated with his situation.

A few minutes later he came out of the bathroom. He saw the pills, the tampon and the pads on the dresser. On the bed was the nightgown. He was heartsick. He fell back across the bed and just lay there, exhausted and mentally frustrated. It wasn't long before he fell asleep.

The girls knew that their friends, Kim and Judy would be back from the coast between four and six. It was already after four. All they had to do was wait.

Judy had her key in hand. Kim couldn't get hers out with everything she was carrying. Judy bumped the door open with her rear end and walked into what they thought was their empty room. She didn't realize at first who, or rather what, was lying on her bed spread eagle, fast asleep. The realization struck both of them at almost the same instant. "What the fuck!" Kim yelled loud enough to wake the dead. Judy let out a scream.

The girls heard the commotion in Amy's room, a few doors away. As much as they would have loved to go see the expression on his face, they stayed put. It wouldn't have been wise for them to rush down there. What if he saw them and called out their names. Neither of them wanted anyone to know they knew him. That just wouldn't go over well at all.

He was still lying there, on top of the bed, in just the panties, when the two strange girls walked in on him, waking him up with a start. It was too late to try to cover himself, as if there was anything handy to cover himself with, which there wasn't. "Uhhh . . . " He didn't know what to say. He was mortified almost beyond words. There was the sound of people running down the hallway, toward the room. "It's not . . .

It's not what you think . . . Let me explain." He begged the two girls as he tried to cover himself with the nightie

Judy screamed again. Her alarm brought about a dozen girls rushing into the room, along with a middle-aged woman, their house mother. "What's going on in here?" The woman asked then saw Jack as he sat up on the bed. "Oh my God!"

The game ended around five and they went straight to O'Keefe's. "I'm worried about Barbara." Craig confided with Beth. Aside from Jack's disappearing act, he had a great afternoon. He had a half dozen new friends who completely accepted him as Cathy and he really enjoyed the way he got along with all of them. It still bothered him to be around guys, their boyfriends but they didn't treat him any different that any of the other girls. It was flattering in a way.

"I'm sure she's fine. I wouldn't worry." Beth assured him.

He pulled her to the side and whispered to her, "Jack may have taken off. He couldn't deal with Barbara very well."

How sweet that he trusted her enough to tell her that. What a dear. "You might be right Cathy. We can give him a call later and make sure he got back all right. I don't think it was very smart of him if he did do that. It could be rather awkward, his trying to get into his dorm, dressed the way he was."

It was really nice of her to worry. "I agree. It wasn't very bright." Craig was glad he didn't try it.

They were surprised to find Sheri and Amy waiting for them at O'Keefe's when they got there. Craig spotted a few of his friends as they walked in but they didn't give him a second glance. Beth and the rest of his new friends took over a group of tables in the back room of the restaurant, far from his buddies.

They talked and ate and laughed for hours. Sometimes they got so rowdy that the management came over and asked them to settle down. Craig had a great time.

When they finally left the restaurant they all went over to Hayley's parent's house where they had an informal party. Beth got Craig up with the others when they put music on. She taught him how to dance, a little differently than he was accustomed to doing it. He was nervous at first but he caught on quickly.

Craig was really starting to feel like one of them. When a few of the girls dragged him into a discussion about women's fashions, he learned a lot he never realized about women's clothes. It wasn't even so bad anymore, with them having accepted him as one of them.

When discussion turned to guys, then it got a little awkward. He just listened, avoiding adding in his two cents even when he felt like he should defend himself or rather guys in general. It was really interesting though, hearing their point of view and he did gain some insight.

Sheri asked Cathy, "You're going to go to church with us in the morning aren't you? We‘re all going."

It was two in the morning. Craig had already come to the conclusion on his own that he couldn't go back to Beth's at this hour and change. He knew he'd have to spend another night in the dorm but so what. He was no longer afraid, only a little weary of maintaining the pretense. It was a little exhausting.

Beth thought it was adorable the way he looked up at her with the question in his expression.

"Sure she will." She answered for him.

"Cathy, since you didn't bring much to wear with you, I'll loan you one of my dresses." Hayley offered. They were about the same size. "I have something that should be perfect. It'll look lovely on you." She knew it would fit and she could hardly wait for morning to see him in it.

"Thanks Hayley. That's really sweet of you." Craig said with a reluctant smile. He didn't know what else to say. He was a little intrigued, nervous, but intrigued. There was something exciting about what he was doing. He hated to admit, even to himself, that he was enjoying the company, the strange friendship, of these girls. He felt a new freedom, sort of elated, to be accepted by them as Cathy. Not once did he feel like a freak with them. There was none of the macho bullshit that he had to put up with around his buddies. He'd never felt the way he did the past two days and it was a nice feeling.

"Good, that's settled" Beth suggested it was time to go.

Craig had to use the bathroom before they left. He was very confused. How did he get himself into this predicament? With each passing moment he was getting himself in deeper and deeper and the really distressing thing was, he was enjoying himself.

When he was gone, the girls shared the events that took place earlier, at the dorm. They all roared with laughter. "The police came and took him? Really!?"

"Yes, and all he had on when they walked him out was the nightie. It was hilarious." Sheri cracked up each time she thought about how pitiful he looked being ushered out of the building. "Even the police couldn't get off the wig or his 'breasts'. They were glued tight."

"God, they're going to put him in a cell like that? With other guys? Can you just imagine? Oh that poor thing!" That was the first time Beth felt even a little sorry for him.

"So what did he say to the police?" Christy asked. She wanted to know if he implicated them or mentioned Craig.

"He didn't say boo about us or Craig." Amy told them, knowing what she meant. "Thank God."

"I don't think he will say anything. The less he says, the less he has to explain. If you were a guy would you want to admit to anyone that you let two girls glue falsies and a wig on you, in hopes of getting laid? I can't imagine!"

They agreed. Beth had a point. "But what about Cathy . . . I mean Craig." Sheri asked. Like her sister, Sheri was having second thoughts about the boy. She really didn't want him to end up like Jack.

"They're buddies. I don't think Jack will implicate him. Besides, they'll probably toss his pretty little ass out of school after this. I don't really think he's going to be around for very long." Beth was pretty sure of that. And if Jack did somehow drag Craig into it, Beth and some of the others would cover for him, denying any of it ever happened. That would leave Jack out in the cold, but so what? He deserved it. Their dear Cathy didn't.

One of the things the girls had talked about last night was how much fun it would be if they could have Cathy spend more time with them. They all enjoyed him so much. It would be so much fun to make him over into the sweet girl he portrayed so delightfully. They could get rid of that wig and style his hair. He'd have to get his ears pierced, of course. And perhaps they cold convince him to lose a little weight.

He did seem to enjoy himself with them. They did have the pictures to coax him back but they didn't think they'd need them for long. Christy even suggested that she could get her hands on some of the hormones that they kept in the medical department. Beth imagined how great it would be if he didn't have to wear those awful falsies but it did seem a little extreme. Oh, what a darling girl he made, she thought smiling at him.

Beth felt a little funny about the idea of giving him hormones but wasn't it Cathy that she had grown so fond of? Not the boy Craig! Wouldn't hormones make him more of a young woman? Of course they would.

Craig assumed he would stay in the empty dorm room that night. He was surprised to find that Beth had other plans when they got back to the hall.

"Why don't you stay with me tonight?" She suggested. Beth wanted him close to her. She was afraid that he might be discovered after the events of that afternoon, with Jack. There was something else too, that motivated her to suggest it. She wanted to cement their relationship. His sleeping with her would accomplish that, she was certain. Stripping him of his manhood would not be easy to accomplish and they're having sex would not help but she felt as though she owed him that and there was something intriguing about her making love with this sweet boy.

"What about Christy?" Craig asked, looking to his other new friend. Did she want the three of them to stay together?

Christy and Beth had already discussed this earlier. Christy understood Beth's desire to draw him closer, to allow them to take their plans forward. She didn't understand her fascination with the boy, why she wanted to sleep with him. Still, she went along. "I thought I'd sleep down the hall tonight." She replied with a smile. She'd just bunk in with Nicki, one of her friends.

This was how this whole thing started. It was still what he wanted. Craig smiled to Christy in reply. Christy gathered her things to go. "I really had a good time Christy. Thanks for all your help and support." Craig liked the girl, not as much as Beth, but he did owe her thanks.

He was still speaking in Cathy's voice. Not once had he slipped up all day. Looking at him standing there, it was almost difficult to remember how he'd looked and acted when he'd arrived at Beth's door the other night. It was hard to picture him as the young man he really was.

"It was a pleasure Cathy." Christy gave him a little hug and a kiss on the cheek. "You are a dear." It just seemed so natural to treat him like any other girl. "I'll see you two in the morning. Sweet dreams."

"She's really nice." Craig commented to Beth when Christy was gone.

He was precious, Beth thought to herself, grinning at him. It was a good thing he didn't know how

she really felt about him. "Christy's a very likeable person. She thinks you're pretty amazing, pretty special too." Beth was still delightfully amazed at how all her friends took to him.

It sounded so funny but the comment made him feel good about himself, the new self he was discovering.

"Where should I put this?" Craig asked, still holding the dress all wrapped in plastic that Hayley had given him to take back to the dorm for the morning. The girl had shown him the dress and it really was pretty. He couldn't imagine himself wearing it but he couldn't help but wonder how he'd look in it. Could he really put it on and go to church wearing it? The thought both intrigued and worried him.

"Just hang it in the closet." Beth told him. She couldn't wait to seem him in the dress in the morning. "We really need to get to bed if we're going to be on time for church in the morning. It's late." This time, Beth didn't excuse herself to undress in the bathroom.

Craig was a little nervous, and more than a little excited, as the two of them undressed there beside each other. There was no way that the thin material of the panties could hide his erection. It was almost embarrassing for him.

Beth couldn't help but notice. She did have to wonder though, was it her that turned him on or was it the situation? She knew, from articles she'd read, that some men got turned on just by dressing up in women's clothes. She supposed she'd find out shortly, which it was in Craig's case.

"Leave your bra on." Beth suggested as he reached behind his back to undo the hooks. "It'll probably be more comfortable sleeping with it on." Besides, she'd feel better, not having to look at the breast forms stuck to his slender chest.

He'd been uncomfortable sleeping the night before. He didn't argue. "What's it going to take to get them off?" Craig asked. It was odd but he'd gotten accustomed to them over the course of the day. He'd almost forgotten they were there until he undressed.

"I've got some nail polish remover that will loosen them after you don't need them any more tomorrow." Beth assured him. She didn't want him to worry.

"The wig too?" He had to ask.

"That too." She said with an amused smile.

Beth helped him take off his makeup as the two of them stood before the mirror in their panties and bras. She noted that he didn't seem to lose his erection. It wasn't that it was all that big but it was so noticeable under the flimsy panties. Beth couldn't actually feel herself getting wet inside, in anticipation. Strange, she thought to herself, that this feminine looking boy could turn her on.

She probably should have asked Christy first if she could loan him one of her pretty nighties, but she forgot to ask before she left. He looked so sweet as he pulled it over his head and pulled it down over his feminine chest. Craig actually had a nice figure for a guy, a slender chest and narrow waist. When they helped him to lose a little weight, he would most likely have decent hips for a girl. He did have a nice tush, not flat like a lot of guys. Beth wondered if, when he was younger, did his mother dress him up as a girl for Halloween? She had no doubt that he would have been absolutely adorable.

When they were ready, Beth took his hand and lead him to her bed.

Up to that point, Craig was not absolutely sure that they would be sleeping together or in separate beds. It seemed so strange to feel nervous as he slid under the covers beside Beth. Even without makeup she was beautiful and he felt so lucky to be there beside her.

His leg brushed hers as he laid an arm across her waist. It felt a little odd that both of them had silky smooth hairless skin. Nice, but odd.

It felt funny at first as she tenderly kissed his lips but it wasn't long before their lips pressed hard on each others and passion rose up inside both of them. They made tender love before falling asleep in each other's arms. Anyone walking in on them would certainly have wondered about the two girls, lying there together in the same bed.

Craig awoke first the following morning. His head was on Beth's chest, cradled in her arm, lying there beside her. He could smell the sweet scent of her lingering perfume. His thoughts went back to the tender love that they'd made the night before. Craig had never made love to anyone like that before and it was fantastic. She taught him how to take his time and be tender with her. They stroked each other for the longest time, slowly letting the fire build. She treated him as tenderly as he did her. She taught him what pleased her most and he cooperated. He was surprised and grateful that she wasn't appalled that he looked so much like a girl. Craig couldn't help but wonder if this wasn't how two lesbians made love to each other.

She looked so beautiful, lying there beside him that he didn't want to wake her. He could tell by the rays of light coming through the curtains that the sun was climbing in the sky. He didn't want to turn to see the clock for fear of waking her but it had to be time for them to get up and start to get ready for church.

Church! Could he really go through with it and go to church with Beth and the others? Last night he was so sure of himself, but now he didn't feel nearly so confident. Debating with himself he mused, hadn't he gotten away with the charade with ease already? He had fooled them all and they'd already accepted him as Cathy.

There was still the problem of his getting back into Beth's house to get his clothes and things. He knew her parents would be home so he couldn't go there until later in the day, when Beth said they'd be out. It still seemed he had little choice. So what was there to worry about?

"Good morning." Beth said sweetly, seeing him lying there awake in her arms.

"Good morning." Craig replied just as sweetly. He didn't even realize that he spoke in Cathy's voice.

Beth leaned over and kissed his cheek. Craig stretched over and kissed her lips softly, like he'd done last night. Beth pulled him to her and gently held him. The experience had been as unique for her as it had been for him. Maybe it was because of the weird circumstances? Maybe it was because he'd been so nervous? She didn't know why but it had been wonderful for her. How many times did she orgasm? She'd lost count. The only thing she did know was that she wanted to experiment more with this person she was coming to know as Cathy. Beth still had her doubts about going ahead with what the girls had suggested last night, because it would be traumatic for Craig but wouldn't it be wonderful to help him become this girl Cathy!

They showered together, washing each other. It still gave Beth the creeps, seeing those breast forms that were glued to his chest. It wasn't that hard to imagine him with real breasts of his own. She wondered how long it would take for hormones to give him his feminine chest if she let the others go through with it?

Looking down, Beth got her first good look at the boy's penis. It wasn't all that big and it really wasn't what had been so satisfying in their lovemaking. She could only just barely feel him inside her. It was his expertise with his fingers that had so pleased her. Beth was not naive. She was aware that the same hormones that would give him breasts would also shrink his manhood. Would it be a great loss? Not as far as Beth was concerned but what about him?

Still, in the shower, Beth ran her fingers across his cheek. There was the faintest hint of stubble under his chin. His cheeks were silky smooth. She had to wonder, he hadn't shaved yesterday before they went out? How often did Craig need to shave? It was a definite plus. She loaned him one of her razors to carefully remove what little growth he had. "Don't you nick yourself." She kiddingly cautioned him.

It took a long time to get his hair fixed. If it were his real hair they could have washed and styled it but that was impossible with the wig. Beth did the best she could. By next weekend, she was determined that she would find a way to get him to let her style his own hair. It wouldn't be so traumatic, she had no intention of cutting it. She was sure she could get him to go along with her.

The white bra he'd been wearing was fine. Beth loaned him a clean pair of her panties, nothing too sexy. She didn't own any cotton pairs so she gave him a pair of her lace front satin panties. They were high cut at least, she couldn't expect him to wear one of her skimpy pairs.

The cool smooth material of the underwear felt so nice against his skin but he didn't tell that to Beth.

This was all strange enough without admitting that he liked how he felt in silky women's underwear.

The slip he'd worn the other night wouldn't do. Christy had a white slimming slip that fit him and it did trim him a little. Pantyhose were not a problem.

Craig felt funny in the tight slip but he could see how it helped his figure. When Beth wasn't looking, he ran his hands over the now curvy figure it held. He was more curious than ever, how he'd look in the dress.

Beth helped him with his makeup. Carefully applying a light foundation, she wondered again about hormones. Wouldn't they smooth his skin to the point where he wouldn't need foundation? His face was almost smooth enough now where he only needed a little. He did have a pretty complexion. It took only a little blush to bring out his cheekbones.

Applying eyeshadow and eyeliner were still skills he had yet to learn so Craig sat very still and let Beth do it for him. He'd gotten the knack of applying mascara. He was amazed how a few coats of it made his lashes so long and pronounced.

It was his eyes that make him look so pretty. Beth loved his blue eyes and those gorgeous long lashes of his. Her skillful application of eyeshadows and the eyeliner made his eyes his best feature.

Not that he didn't have sensual lips. His upper lip was nicely shaped and rather full for a guy but it was his full pouting lower lip that made his mouth so pretty with the pale red lipstick.

Beth stood back to admire her work. Thank God he didn't have a strong, squared off chin like most guys, Beth thought to herself as she admired him smiling.

"Do I look all right?" Craig asked. What he meant was, ‘did he look convincing enough to pass?'

Beth smiled. He was precious. If he only knew how natural he did look. No one could ever tell that he was a guy, not the way he looked now. "You look terrific. You've got nothing to worry about Cathy."

He wanted to believe her, more than anything, but he couldn't help but harbor doubts. He's still worry. "You sure?"

"You just worry about acting like a young woman and stop worrying about how you look. The only way you could give yourself away is by forgetting how to talk or act." Another day out with her and her friends was going to be excellent practice for him. He was doing so well already that soon he'd be able to pass under almost any circumstances.

Beth was great. She was the best lover he'd ever had but even more, she was the most supportive friend he'd ever known. Craig trusted her completely.

She had gotten herself ready and it was time to finish getting dressed. "Let me help you into your dress so you don't get your makeup on it."

He welcomed the help. Craig held his hand up while Beth pulled it carefully over his head as he slipped his hands into the three quarter sleeves. Craig adjusted the fit and Beth zipped him up the back, relieved that it zipped easily at his waist. The moment had come and Craig turned to see himself in the mirror.

Beth was thankful that Sheri had found his the dress and shoes she had, for the party. His white heels would go fine with the pale pink dress with its white polka dots. It was also fortunate that Hayley was a little overweight or the fitted drop waistline would never fit Craig. It looked adorable on him, so feminine with its shirring at the shoulders and jeweled neckline. He had to be comfortable with soft pleats and long full skirt. The skirt of the dress did come to a few inches below the knee.

Was that really him staring back from the mirror? How could it be? He turned to see how he looked from the side and it seemed to fit just like it would on any girl. Craig felt both relieved and a bit intimidated.

Beth could see his reaction and it made her smile. "It looks great on you, you know that?"

"It does seem to fit pretty well." He agreed, still checking himself in the mirror.

"It fits perfectly Cathy. You look fantastic." Just a few accessories and he'd be ready. She'd thought to get a pair of pearl and gold clip-ons from Hayley last night too. They were her Mom's but they looked great on him. Beth had a necklace and bracelet that sort of matched, The pair looked just fine with the earrings.

Beth reached for a bottle of perfume. She had a dozen different fragrances. "Final touch." She said to Craig, as she handed him the uncapped bottle. "Put a little dab behind your ears."

He took the open bottle and sniffed it. It smelled really pretty.

"Put a little dab on your fingertip and put it behind your ear." Beth encouraged him. He looked a little hesitant. Wasn't that understandable though? She knew what perfume did for her, making her feel so pretty, so feminine. She understood why he'd be apprehensive. "Go ahead Cathy."

First behind one ear, then the other. "It smells really nice." He admitted.

Precious, she thought to herself. Just precious. "Now on your wrists Hon."

He sniffed his wrist after he handed her back the bottle. "It seems a little strong." Craig commented.

"Give it a few minutes. It'll be fine." He was a picture. So pretty, so convincing. "All set?"

Was he? Craig smoothed the dress in front, his bracelet bounced on his wrist. His nails made his fingers looked so long, so slender, so feminine. His hair looked ok and so did his makeup. Maybe he was ‘all set.' "I guess so." He agreed.

With his purse on his shoulder, they went to get Christy.

Craig's stomach was doing small flips as the three of them drove to the church. How would people react to him? Christy had been shocked when she saw him. Craig wasn't sure at first if it was because she spotted something wrong but he soon learned differently. She couldn't stop fussing over him, almost to the point where he was embarrassed. ‘I can't believe how beautiful you look,' was all she could say, all the way to the car. It did a lot for Craig's ego.

After what seemed like an endless ride, they got to the church. The others were waiting for them.

Beth was beginning to worry that they were making too much of how he looked. Sheri and Amy weren't so bad but Hayley really went overboard praising him. Beth finally had to take her aside and tell her to knock it off a bit. Kim and Pam couldn't take their eyes off him as the group made their way into church and found seats.

Craig was feeling pretty good by the time they slid into a pew. He appreciated the attention and it helped relieve his fears as he made eye contact with so many strangers. The amazing thing was the men and women just smiled back pleasantly. No one had a clue.

Beth was so proud of him. He did marvelously.

It wasn't bad at all, sitting there in church. The only times he got a little nervous was when the congregation sang but Craig was surprised to discover that he could even to that in his feminine voice.

Beth almost wished that her Mom and Dad weren't away, otherwise, they'd have been in church too.

She would have loved to introduce them to her new friend Cathy. That thought led to another, but no.

The idea would never work, or would it?

Craig was feeling pretty good about himself as everyone ushered out of church. He was surprised that everyone had made plans for after but he wasn't so afraid anymore. There was even something intriguing about going shopping with his friends and Beth. Of course he didn't have any money to buy anything so that would make it easier. If you can't buy, there's no point in trying anything on. His wallet was in the other purse back at the hall.

"We're going to stop and get something to eat. No one's had breakfast." Beth whispered to him off to the side. "Are you doing ok?"

"I think so but I don't have any money to buy anything." Not that he wasn't hungry.

So sweet, so helpless. "Don't worry Cathy, I have enough for both of us."

Normally, they'd have gone home and changed before going shopping but since Cathy had nothing else to wear, that was out of the question.

Denny's attracted a large after church crowd so they had to wait for a while before they could seat the party of eight. The only thing bad about that was the looks the girls got from the men in the place. Craig was also a recipient of some of those stares and that bothered him.

"Just ignore them." Beth whispered to him when he told her about it. "Men do that all the time. You just don't pay them any attention."

"How do you do that?" It really bothered him. What was so bad was he would normally have been staring just like them. Craig had never considered how annoying it was to women. He thought to himself, every guy should be forced to trade places once in their life, just to see how it feels.

They were finally seated and everyone placed their orders. Craig would normally have ordered a full breakfast. Fortunately, the waitress started taking orders on the other side of the table. By the time she got to him, he'd changed his mind. "Just a glass of orange juice and a plain bagel." He told the woman. No one else ordered much more than that and he would have stood out.

Beth was impressed. She thought she knew what had happened. She and the other girls were always on diets and he had to have picked up on that. If he hung around with them, he'd lose the few pounds he needed to in no time.

It wasn't that he didn't know good manners, he just wasn't all that familiar with a lady's idea of good table manners. He learned a lot, watching the others, that morning. He sat with his hands in his lap, on his napkin. When the food was served, one hand stayed in his lap when it was supposed to. His bites of the bagel were small and he wiped his mouth after each bite. What he was not aware of until it was too late, was that he wiped off almost all his lipstick.

Craig was a little nervous when Beth and the others all went to the ladies room when they were done.

He was going to wait outside for them but Beth coaxed him into going with them.

Nerves do funny things to your bladder and Craig felt better after relieving that pressure. It was a lot more work, going to the bathroom as a woman than as a man, but he managed to pull himself back together without too much difficulty.

Beth subtly signaled him to join her at the mirror and he picked up on quickly her silent suggestion that he put on fresh lipstick. He was sure he'd mess it up but he did alright, to his relief. What self-respecting woman didn't know how to put on her own lipstick?

They took three cars to the mall and all managed to get spots pretty close to each other. Here was the real test, Craig thought to himself. He'd be encountering all types of people in the mall and not the least of which would be the men and boys who would stare at the group of dressed up attractive women.

Funny, but now that he'd gotten to know Sheri and Amy, he no longer thought of them as unattractive. They were friends now and knowing how sweet and sensitive they were, he saw them in a different light. He really regretted having treated them so badly. He wished there were some way he could tell them that, but he couldn't. Craig wished he could share those feelings with Beth but there was just no way.

There were stares, a couple of times guys appeared to follow time but no one approached them. Maybe because there were too many of them. Craig would never have approached so many girls in a group. It never worked. You never get to first base with any of them. This he knew from experience. Craig was grateful he was with so many of his new friends.

Kim wanted to look for jeans, Sheri wanted to look at blouses with Amy, Hayley wanted to find a new dress for a party she was going to in a few weeks and Pam needed a jacket for next weekend. Christy apparently needed to pick up some new underwear. He'd heard them say that Beth, Christy, Kim and Pam were going away someplace next weekend. All Craig wanted was to stay close to Beth, wherever she went. He soon learned a little about the way women shopped.

The foundation department of JC Pennys was their first stop. It seemed unnatural for every one of them to go through the racks upon racks of bras and panties when it was only Christy that said she needed to buy some. Again, he would have felt out of place, out of character, if he didn't join them. He stayed close by Beth's side as much as he could. The first time he reached out and touched the material of a pretty pair of panties, like the others, he felt strange but if they all believed he was one of them, why should he? His inhibitions melted away and he felt freer to do as they did as he looked around. How comfortable the underwear he had on was. It was as though he wasn't wearing anything. They didn't feel at all like the corse underwear he was used to. He touched every interesting pair he passed, picking up one occasionally, wondering how it might fit him.

"Those are pretty." Kim commented to Cathy as she came around the rack.

Craig hadn't seen her coming. She surprised him a little. "Aren't they?" It was all he could think of to say. He put it back on the rack and moved on.

It was amazing how many different styles and fabrics there were of women's panties. He couldn't resist investigating a rack of sexy t-backs. It took a little courage for him to reach out and take one off the rack and look at it. How uncomfortable it must be to wear, he thought to himself.

Craig was almost unaware that he'd wandered away from Beth as he let his curiosity take him from rack to rack. Beth and the others were completely aware of him though, watching from a distance. It was amusing to see how he slowly became more at ease as he wandered, investigating a world he'd never known. Maybe the transition wouldn't be so difficult, Beth thought to herself.

There was as much variety in the bras as there were in panties. His curiosity took him to push up bras when the saleswoman came up and asked if there was something she could help him find.

"Thank you, no. I'm just browsing while my girlfriends shop." Did that come out right, he asked himself nervously? He hoped so.

"You know, that particular bra," the one the girl was holding in her hand, "is one of our most popular. Not that you need it but it does give you nice cleavage."

He wished she'd go away. "Thank you, I'll think about it." At that moment Craig glanced over the woman's shoulder and saw Beth smiling at him. She'd certainly been close enough to overhear. He couldn't help but smile back.

Beth joined him and the lady walked away. "That was weird." He remarked.

"There's nothing to be embarrassed about Cathy. She had no idea." Beth said smiling.

He knew it was true by the way the woman looked at him. "I guess not."

"It is ok to look you know. Some men are so intimidated in lingerie departments. It's nice to see that you're not." She tried to encourage him.

Always supportive, never making him feel ill at ease. Beth was amazing.

She would have loved to buy him something. Something pretty and silky but it wasn't the right time. Soon, she'd be in a position where she could do it. She'd be patient.

Christy finally found what she wanted and they moved on.

When Craig would shop, he'd go out knowing exactly what he was looking for, go into a store and buy it. Women don't shop the way men do.

At first, Craig sort of mulled around the isles for a couple minutes while Sheri and Amy searched for just the right blouse in just the right size. He finally decided he was making himself conspicuous and went and joined the others who were helping the girls. He caught Beth off to the side. "I don't know what to do." He admitted.

The answer was obvious to Beth. "Just look through the racks until you find something you think is pretty and bring it to Sheri and ask her what she thinks. Look for mediums or a size nine."

"I don't know what she likes."

"She doesn't know exactly what she's looking for. Just pick out ones that you think are nice." This would tell Beth something about him at the same time.

I sounded easy enough. Craig had never bought any girl clothes, not even his for his mother or sister, Catherine, before they passed away. He did know what he liked on girls so he supposed he could do it. The first rack held nothing he cared for. On the second he found a fall cotton print that buttoned down the front. It was pretty. He took it and went looking for another. On the fourth rack he found a similar shirt, a print and it was rayon. It felt so smooth and cool to the touch.

One more, he told himself. The sweaters a couple of racks over seemed to attract him. Then he spotted it. A three quarter sleeve, ivory cardigan with scalloped trim at the neckline. It felt so soft to the touch and while it was simple, it seemed so pretty, so soft. He knew the girls were looking for blouses but the liked it so much that he thought he should show it to them.

He saw that Beth noticed him coming back and looked to her as if to ask, 'should I?' An almost imperceptible nod told him yes. He went up to Amy, since Sheri was in the dressing room, and asked, "Do you like any of these."

Craig was not aware that all the girls were watching.

Amy was a little surprised at him, pleasantly so. She looked through what he'd brought her to look at.

"I like this." She said, taking the cotton print. "Thanks Cathy. Show Sheri the sweater. I'll bet she'll love that."

Take it into the dressing room, he asked himself? Should he? Again, there was a tiny nod from his friend.

Craig found her all the way in back. He passed several stalls where women were changing and the curtains were not pulled tight. He was too embarrassed to do more than glance then look away. "Amy thought you might like this." He said, handing it past the curtain, without looking inside. He was surprised when Sheri pulled it open. She was standing there in only a slip and her bra. He felt so embarrassed.

How adorable that he was blushing. Don't make anything of it, she told herself. "Thanks Cathy." She held the sweater up to look. "This is really pretty. I'll try it on." Almost an afterthought, she reached back into the stall and grabbed several of the blouses she'd tried on already and handed them to him. "Would you give these to the saleswoman? I decided I don't like them."

Craig took them from her. Feeling funny about where he was and anxious to get out, he said, "Sure, glad to." He turned and almost ran into a girl coming out of another stall. She didn't see him but he saw her, too much of her, in jeans and a bra. What would she do if she knew, he asked himself, making his way around her and out of the dressing room?

"What'd she think?" Amy asked Cathy.

"I think she liked it. She's trying it on." He was sort of please that he'd found something each of them liked. That wasn't really so hard to do.

Craig wandered back over to Beth. Leaning close, he asked her, "What size would I be?" If Sheri and Amy were mediums or 9s, he had to be smaller. He was just curious.

The question surprised her a little. Why did he want to know, she wondered? "I suppose you'd be a seven. You could probably wear a small."

"Really?" He replied, knowing that meant he had a better figure than either of his new friends. That was kind of neat.

"What about jeans? Same size?" He liked slender girls in tight jeans. He liked the way they looked.

Why all the questions about his size, Beth wondered. It was great but she didn't get it. "Probably a size seven." He really was slender from the waist down, for a guy.

Not that he was about to looking for clothes for himself. He was just curious.

Sheri came out of the dressing room carrying the sweater. She handed it to the saleswoman, saying, "I'll take this."

It pleased Craig that she liked what he'd picked out. Maybe he had decent taste in girls' clothes. Amy didn't get the blouse he'd handed her earlier. She'd found another she liked better. That was ok.

The girls paid for their purchases and they left the store. "Thanks Cathy. I really like that sweater."

Sheri said, giving his arm an affectionate squeeze.

"I'm glad." He replied, smiling back.

Kim's quest to find jeans was almost as time consuming as the girls' search for blouses. Craig spotted a clock on the back wall of the store. It was almost two o'clock already. They'd left the restaurant at about eleven. Had they really been shopping for almost three hours? Craig's feet were beginning to hurt, from walking around so long in the two inch heels. He thought it was just because he wasn't used to them. He didn't know that most of the others feet hurt from shopping in heels too.

This time Craig and Beth wandered away from the others, to look around the store alone. "You having a good time?" Beth asked.

"Actually, I am." He admitted. "I just wish my feet didn't hurt."

"Mine too." Beth replied, slipping her foot out of her shoe and rubbing it.

"I thought it was just me?" Craig said smiling. He slipped his foot out of his shoe too and rubbed it.

"Now you're getting an idea what it's like for women to work all day in these things. It's agonizing."

He sympathized. "I don't know how you do it." Meaning all women.

"It's something you get used to. Some of us don't mind as much as others." She wished she were one of the ones that it didn't bother.

As they wandered around the store they stopped and looked at different things. Beth wanted to tell him, "That was a really pretty sweater you found for Sheri." She watched for his reaction.

"Wasn't it? It was so soft too."

Surprisingly, he really liked it. Beth wished she could sneak back and by one for him to wear.

Patience, she reminded herself again.

It was easier for him to look at things with Beth by his side. Apparently Beth loved to shop as much as the others. Before long they were both taking things off the rack, showing them to each other. Occasionally, when Craig would take something off the rack, Beth would explain to him why it might look nice on him or why it wouldn't. She gave him a little of an education that afternoon.

Kim had her jeans. Helping Hayley find a dress was next.

The dress department in Dillards was crowded. With most of his inhibitions gone, Craig didn't mind much at all trying to help the girl who'd loaned him the dress he was wearing, find a new one. It was with some zeal.

"How about this one?" Craig asked Beth who was looking on the other side of the rack from him.

She came around to look. "Wrong color for Kim, with her pale complexion and blond hair."

They went on looking. He found another, it was a beige print. He thought it was pretty.

"Now I like that one." She took a chance and commented, "That'd even look nice on you. That would be a good color for you." She didn't know what his reaction would be.

"Really?" He held the dress up and away from him to get a better look.

Her gamble paid off. "Certainly! With your light brown hair." She took it a step further. "With your height and figure that would look very sheik." Beth was careful not to say ‘pretty', even though that's what she meant. "Hold it up to you in the mirror."

There was one right next to him but he wasn't sure he should.

Beth looked around, they were alone. "Go ahead, no one's looking." She whispered.

Craig took a step to the right hand held it up to his neck. The dress had long sleeves, puffed at the shoulder. It was loose fitting, by design, gathered at the waist with a matching belt. The hem came to his knees.

She was a little surprised at how long he looked. "You see? It's a nice color for you and I'll bet it would fit you beautifully." She wasn't about to push it and suggest he try it on. Not unless he came up with the idea first.

He didn't. He put it back on the rack. "It really is a pretty dress."

He wanted to, she could tell. He was just afraid. She'd help him get past that in time. They continued to browse, looking through the skirts and blouses. They spent quite a while in the jewelry department looking at everything. Beth continued his education.

Not just for fun, Beth had him try on several pairs of shoes. She really needed to get a good feel for his size and what styles he could wear. He had small feet for a man but they were a little wider than most women's. Still, finding him shoes to fit was not going to be a problem.

The others were done and waiting for them when they finally returned. Pam had even found a jacket while they waited.

They stopped in the food court for a cool drink before heading home. It was decided that Kim would pop the question. She waited until they found a spot where they all could sit. "Cathy, we were wondering if you'd like to come with us next Saturday. Beth, Christy, Pam and I are going over to Mt Dora to an arts and crafts festival. We all talked it over and we'd really like you to come. We'll probably stay over Saturday night and come back Sunday."

As planned, Pam didn't give him a chance to say no. "Please come Cathy. Judy was going to go but she had to cancel out and we've got an extra reservation. It'll just be the five of us. It'll be a lot of fun!"

Craig knew that meant he wouldn't get to really see Beth for two weeks if he didn't go. That thought disappointed him greatly.

Christy even chimed in and that surprised Craig. She knew his secret and she wanted him to go with them? "You really have to come with us Cathy."

He couldn't go, of course. He couldn't play this charade through another weekend. But when Craig looked at Beth and she looked so anxious for him to say yes, all he could say was, "I'll have to see if I can get away. Can I let you know?" He asked Beth. He could see she looked disappointed. The last thing he wanted to do was to mess up their new relationship. "I'll try, really." He just couldn't commit without seriously thinking about it.

Beth didn't imagine for a minute that he'd say yes on the spot. She knew that she'd have to work on him, to coax him. She was convinced she could get him to go with them.

It was nearly four when they got back to the car and headed back to the dorm. Craig knew he had to change out of Hayley's dress before they headed to Beth's parent's house for him to change back into his own clothes.

It felt so good to kick off the heels as he sat on the edge of Beth's bed. Christy had come in as well. This was not surprising considering it was her room too. What did surprise Craig was what Beth asked her. "Could you give us a little time alone?"

Christy knew they'd slept together the night before and she thought she knew why. Want she didn't understand was what her friend had in mind to do with him now. There hadn't been an opportunity for find out what happened, or didn't happen last night. Not showing her reluctance, she answered, "Of course. You two behave yourselves."

Craig was happy to be alone with Beth again. He thought they had to hurry and change and get to her house before her parents got home. What was it, almost five o'clock?

"We've had no time to be alone all day and I just wanted a few minutes where we could be ourselves."

Beth explained, sitting down beside him.

"I'd like that." Craig admitted, speaking softly, using his real voice.

Beth was the aggressor and reach over, put her hand behind his neck an drew him to her. It felt a little strange for him to take the submissive role, as he had last night, but he didn't object.

What was more odd was when their lips touched, with both of them wearing lipstick. The kiss was gentle but lasted a long time. When they finally parted, Beth looked at him and couldn't help but laugh. They'd both smeared each other's lipstick. Craig saw hers all smeared too and they both got a good laugh out of it.

Beth would have actually enjoyed having more time but that wasn't possible just then. "We better fix ourselves up. We need to change and get going."

Craig would have loved that too. Memories of their lovemaking came back to him and he wanted those feelings again. "If we have to."

As Craig changed out of the dress and slip and into the leggings and long top he'd worn to the game Saturday, Beth worked on getting him to go with them the coming weekend. "You know I really want you to come with us next weekend but I can't force you." She put on her sad face. "I'd arrange for us to share a room and we could have the whole weekend together." She made no mention of the fact that he'd have to go as Cathy. That went without saying.

It wasn't as if he hadn't been thinking about it ever since they left the mall. That's almost all he'd had on his mind. He was scared, of course, but did he have reason to be? Nobody knew who he really was except Beth and Christy and he knew they'd never tell. Did he really have anything to be afraid of? "I'm just nervous about the idea of spending another weekend as Cathy." He admitted to her.

"Oh Craig," it was the first time in a long time that she'd called him by his real name, "you've got nothing to be afraid of. You've been fantastic the whole time. I've got to be honest with you. Part of what I find so fascinating about you, so attractive, is the way you act out the role of a sweet sensitive young woman. Do you have any idea how attractive you are, how endearing you are?"

Did she really fell that strongly about him? He was still worried, "You really don't think I'm some kind of freak? I mean I've got to appear a little strange to you, pretending to be a girl and getting away with it, even with your friends. What would they think if they found out?"

She had to convince him. She put on a serious face now. "You're not a freak. You're a warm, caring person with more courage and sensitivity than any man I've ever known." She hoped that hit the right soft spot.

He said nothing for a moment, just thinking about what she'd said. Did she actually see him this way?

Others had called him arrogant and self-centered. Did Beth see past what others saw, to his real self?

"Can I give you an answer tomorrow or Tuesday?"

Sad again, Beth replied, "I can wait till Tuesday but there's arrangements to make and I have to know by then." She went over and put her arms around him again, hugging him. "I'll be so disappointed if you don't come." That was all she could do for now.

Beth didn't know what was going on when Christy rushed in as they were getting up to go.

"God, I'm glad you're still both here. Cathy, I've got some bad news, I'm sorry." Christy and the others had talked it over and decided that it would be better if Craig got the news about Jack from them instead of someone else. He'd certainly hear the news as soon as he got back to his dorm. They also thought it might be better if it appeared that Beth knew nothing about it.

She proceeded to tell Craig the story about how he came back to the hall and was found in the room in the panties and breast forms by Kim and Judy.

"He's been expelled, from what I was able to find out." This had been confirmed. He'd been tossed off campus Saturday night.

"What if he tells someone I was here too!?" Craig was on the verge of panic.

"From what I heard, no one knows anything about you being here too. I asked a friend in security and as far as they know, he was alone." All of this was true.

"People are going to ask where I've been. The guys know Jack and I went out together Friday night.

They know we had dates with you two." What was he going to tell them?

It was Beth's idea to suggest an idea. "Can't you tell your friends that you suddenly had to go out of town? Tell them you had a call from home and had to go. Tell them you never kept the date with Christy and I."

He had made up a story for Karen that was pretty similar. He'd broken their date by telling here that he had a family emergency and had to go home for the weekend. That sounded feasible, maybe more than feasible. Why wouldn't that work? "That's a good idea. I'll tell everyone that I went home for a family emergency and just got back." Mulling that over in his head, he was sure that he could make that story work.

Poor Jack, he could be a jerk at times and they did argue a lot but he didn't deserve to get thrown out of school. Then another thought occurred to him. Unless of course, he'd come back to Meredith Hall to mess around and had accosted some girl. Why else would he come back to this place. He was the one that wanted to take off. Craig wouldn't put it past him. If that was the case, he got what he deserved!

"Are you going to be all right?" Beth asked, genuinely concerned.

"I think so." He felt better now. Now that he had a believable story he could tell.

The house was empty, as planned. Sheri was over at a friend's, waiting for the all clear.

Beth knew, as they went up the stairs to her room, that his transformation back to a guy would be fairly simple. There was just the one thing that worried her. She had plucked and trimmed his eyebrows with no regard for how the guy would deal with his feminine eyebrows when what was supposed to be a short-lived game was over. Now she had the problem of making him look like he used to again.

"We have only a couple of options Cathy." Beth preferred calling him that to Craig and he didn't seem to object. "We can take them off the rest of the way and you can tell people that your barbeque at home flared up and singed them off." She didn't like sending him home this way so she wasn't thrilled with that option.

Craig really wasn't all that excited about that idea either. "Or?"

"Well, I can pencil them in to fill them out." The problem there was, if anyone took a reasonably close look, they would be able to tell. She admitted her concern to him.

"I don't know what to do." Karen would surely notice.

Another thought dawned on Beth. "I'll tell you what we'll do." She was excited about this idea.

"What!" Craig asked nervously.

Beth's mind was racing. "What time do they let girls in your dorm in the morning?"

What was she thinking? "Ten."

"What time's your first class?" She was sure her idea would work.

"It's at nine. Why?"

She ignored his question. "I want you to skip your first class tomorrow. Wait for me in your room.

I've got the perfect answer." This would work!

"What are you going to do?" He wished she'd tell him what she was thinking.

"There's a shop downtown, a costume shop, that carries all kinds of theatrical makeup and things." It was perfect. "I'm going to rush down there in the morning and get you eyebrows. No one's ever going to notice a thing." They carried all colors, she was sure.

"They won't look fake." He was worried.

"Don't you worry sweetie. I'll take are of you. No one's going to be able to tell a thing when I'm done with you." She wasn't as sure as she made herself out to be. That stuff usually looked pretty fake, up close.

He'd heard that before and she was right. Craig knew he had to trust her, and frankly, he did.

The nail polish remover worked well. It only took about a half hour before the breast forms came free.

The wig took a little while, as did the fake nails. It was almost seven thirty before he was dressed again in his own clothes and almost ready to go.

Penciling in his eyebrows was the last step. Beth did the best she could but God forbid anyone got a close look at him before she got to him in the morning.

Craig looked at himself in the mirror. His look of forlorn was not lost on Beth.

"You're going to have to wait until it's really dark before you try to go into the dorm." Beth didn't want anyone seeing him. The eyebrow pencil wouldn't fool anyone. "Don't you worry honey. I'll be there bright and early, you'll be fine."

"Thanks for worrying so much about me." Craig said, trying to sound brave.

How could she have possibly misjudged this dear sweet person so badly, she asked herself? She just had to give him a hug and kiss.

"Next time, let's not shape them quite so much." He suggested as they started for the door.

Next time? Did he say next time? Her heart soared. "I promise."

He looked so strange, seeing him this way again. Beth preferred him the other way. Would his personality revert to the person he'd been when he arrived? She didn't see how he could, after what he'd seen and done.

"I'll see you on campus, first thing in the morning." Beth told him, giving him one last kiss on the cheek at the front door.

Craig had a lot of thinking to do, a lot to sort out in his head. He wanted so badly to see Beth again.

He had to deal with the problems Jack had created for him. And, he had to deal with Karen, his girlfriend. Even with all the other things on his mind, all he could think about was how different he felt. Different because of this girl, this woman. Whether she knew it or not, she'd helped him discover another side of him, a side he'd never known before, a side that scared him because he liked it. "I'll be waiting for you." Craig said with a warm smile as he turned and walked down the steps toward his car.

It had only been a couple of days since he'd done the most ordinary of things but still, some of them now felt so odd. No longer did he have to worry about breaking a nail. His clothes even felt strange. He jeans felt rough against his smooth legs and his shirt felt so coarse. He'd even gotten used to having his hair, the wig, brushing against his neck and shoulders. As much trouble as it had been to go through, he almost missed it. Did that make him some kind of a pervert, he wondered as he drove toward the dorm?

It was about eight when he pulled into the parking lot. It was as dark as it was going to get. Still, he hesitated getting out of the car and going inside. There were still kids everywhere, in small groups, talking and laughing. As dark as it was, he worried that someone he knew would spot him and come up to him. He had the obvious reason for not wanting to talk to anyone that evening but there was another.

Craig has worried about being hit with a barrage of questions about Jack and he wasn't ready to deal with that. No one seemed to have noticed him pull into the lot so he put his seat back and waited for things to quiet down. When he finally got up the nerve to leave his car, almost two hours later, he rushed inside and went straight to his room. He got ready for bed with only the narrow beam of light that streamed from the partially open bathroom door. He kept very quiet, trying not to let anyone know he was back. The walls were paper thin. He planned on waiting till morning to shower. The shower made too much noise.

Craig had noticed the second he came into the room that all Jack's things were gone. His closet was cleaned out, his dresser and his desk. Even his posters were gone from the walls. Craig didn't know where his friend was. He could have been in jail or maybe he was home in Raleigh already. Wherever he was, Craig was just glad he was gone.

Sitting there in the light from the doorway, on the side of the bed, he looked down at his hairless legs.

Stoking them, they felt so smooth. There was something almost exciting about the feeling.

Craig held up his hand in the dim light. How short his nails seemed now. Was it really as much trouble as girls said, to grow long nails and keep them looking nice? He finally turned off the light and laid back on the sheets. He laid there thinking about the weekend and the fun he'd had. Most of those good memories centered around Beth but he couldn't help but think about how easy it was to make people believe he was this girl, this Cathy. He liked the way he was accepted as one of them and the things they let him share with them.

Craig wasn't naive. He knew that girl's relationships with other girls were different from guys but he'd never realized how much better, how enjoyable those relationships could be. In only the short time he'd known Sheri, Amy, Hayley, Kim and the others, they'd accepted Cathy into their circle and she'd become their friend. He'd never been that easily accepted by guys. Guys were suspicious. Guys played too many games.

Craig was woken out of a sound sleep by the sound of someone at his door. He hadn't set his alarm but he looked and it was about nine so he assumed it was Beth.

He didn't want to keep her waiting so he went to the door and opened it just a crack, peaking around it. It was not who he expected.

It was two of his buddies and there he was, standing there in just his underwear behind the door.
