The Runaway
by Jennifer Preston
Part 2
In the morning, waking to her alarm, which she set to go off extra early, Jenn hurriedly dressed and got ready for work. She put all of the clothes into a shopping bag and headed down towards her car and drove to work. 45 minutes later she was driving down the street towards the parking lot and spotted the boy near the espresso stand waiting for her. She slowed down, rolled the window down and hollered for him to go to the parking lot.
Only a few other cars were there when she got to her parking space. She got out of the car with shopping bag in hand. Upon locking the door she heard the sound of someone running. Turning around it was the boy. So she waited there for him.
"I'm glad to see that you showed up this morning. I have some new clothes in this bag here for you. Let's go to McDonald's and I'll get us breakfast while you go into the restroom and change. Put all of your dirty clothes into the bad. There are also some new tennis shoes for you too."
"Really? Oh thank you so much," he said while giving her a hug.
Getting into McDonald's Jenn handed him the shopping bag instructing him again to put on everything in the bad and put all of his dirty clothes into it afterwards. He headed off towards the restroom and she got their breakfast and then got a table not far from the restrooms.
About ten minutes later he finally came out and came over to the table.
"Did you put everything on?"
"No, not everything?"
"Why not?"
"The underwear looked funny and I didn't want to wear it."
"What do you mean it looked funny? I saw nothing wrong with it when I bought it."
"There's no opening in the front?"
"So? You don't use the opening do you?"
"Well no..."
"Before he could finish what he was going to say Jenn said, "Then go back in there and change into them. I won't have you wearing something dirty under you new clothes."
A few minutes later he was back.
"Did you change into them?"
"Yes."
"Come here and let me see."
He came over and she check and yes he had them on. Looking into the bag she could see all of his dirty clothes in there. Those she would toss into the dumpster at work as he wouldn't be needing them anymore.
"Well sit down and eat. How do your new clothes feel?"
"They feel really nice and soft."
"They probably feel soft cause you haven't had anything clean on for a while."
"But we need to do something with your hair, it's still a mess."
Reaching into her purse Jenn pulled out a blue comb and started combing it out for him. Parting it down the center as best she could till it looked halfway decent. Once finished she handed him the comb telling him that this was now his and he should keep his hair combed the way she had just done for him.
"By the way," Jenn asked, "What is your name anyways? I can't keep calling you hey you now can I?"
"It's Mikey."
"Is that short for Michael?"
"Yeah."
"Well how about instead of Mikey I call you Micky?"
"Why?"
"I like Micky a lot better than Mikey." Jenn just didn't mention that that was also short for the name Michelle.
"Okay you can call me Micky."
"Well I have to get going to work. If you meet me at the espresso stand about 11:30 I'll get us some lunch and we can talk some more."
"Thank you so much. You are really a nice lady," he said while giving Jenn a really big hug. Jenn sensed that this poor child was starved for affection and that probably no one treated him decently for a long time.
With that Jenn headed off to work and he went in the other direction, not even suspecting that everything he was wearing was 100% girls clothing.
At work Jenn kept thinking about Micky and how cute he looked in his new clothes. Quickly finishing what she need to do that morning she checked her e-mail, sent an e-mail to a friend of hers telling her about what she had just done and sent out a few other e-mails.
Finally at 11:30 she headed out for her lunch break. Half a block away she could see Micky waiting there for her. Upon seeing her he came running up to her. She noticed that it looked like he had tried to keep his hair combed. What he really needed was a decent bath and to have it properly washed and trimmed. But maybe later she thought.
"Ready for lunch?"
"Yeah and thank you again for the clothes I really like them."
Heading towards McDonald's, which was really crowded, Jenn said, "Let's get the food to go and find a nice quiet spot outside where we can talk undisturbed."
"Okay I like that."
20 minutes later they had their food and walked around to find a quiet spot. Finally finding one, they sat down and began to have their lunch.
"You know what I was thinking?"
"What?"
"That I would love to take you home with me and raise you as my own. But people might look at me funny if I suddenly had a young boy living with me. Too bad you aren't a girl. If you were then it would be so much easier and we would be able to do all sorts of things together."
"How do you mean?"
"Well if you were a girl, then I could raise you as my daughter and buy you lots of nice clothes and things and decorate your very own room and go places a smother and daughter. Never be cold and always have plenty of food. Wouldn't that be nice?"
"Yeah that would."
"Oh well, we just can't have everything that we want I guess. We'll just figure something out."
After finished lunch they began to head back and send told him, "Since it's Friday and I won't be here all weekend I'll give you some money for some food. Also on Monday morning if you meet me early I'll have some more clean clothes for you and I'll have some extra panties for you to change during the week so you won't have to wear the same ones."
"I don't wear panties I'm a boy."
"Girls call all underwear panties, so when I say panties you know what I mean, okay?"
"Okay I guess."
"You want me to get you some in another color other than white or with some sort of design on them?"
"I'll let you decide what you think is best."
"Okay I'll look for something cute just for you. Well here I am I have to get into work." Handing him two $10.00 bills she continued on, "Hide these in your socks and don't let anyone know you have them and remember keep your hair combed the way I did it. Now come here and give me a hug Micky."
With that they hugged and Jenn headed back into work deciding she would have to make a list of things to go shopping for.
