In part one we saw that john was jealous of his sisters because he didn't look like them then one day his sisters and his mom played a trick on him and he loved it and told them so when they saw him dressed , after taking him to a doctor his mom decided to try and make his dreams come true without telling him and getting his hopes up. It ended just as john saw him/herself for the first time in the bathroom then fainted

 

Johns Dreams Comes True

Part 2

 

All of a sudden, John's mom and sisters rushed up towards him to pick him up from the floor and take him to the bed.

As soon as they got him, there they all started to say his name to try to get him to come around. After about 10 minutes, he started to come around very groggily but he was coming to.

"John" his mom asked. While he was still a bit bleary eyed but managed to respond with

"Huh what where how when" was all he could muster at the time. He looked over to his sisters Lizzie and Judy and he saw they both had big smiles on their faces grinning from ear to ear.

Next, they both said at the same time.

"Ohh Joanne we thought you'd had a heart attack or something."

John replied as previous "huh when where how and what did you just call me?"

The girls replied "Joanne" at the same time he just replied with

"My name is john, why did you both just call me Joanne?".

Judy then said, "Well you can't go around calling yourself john now can you with curves like that. And may I say a very nice looking pair of breasts starting to form there".

John realising where just was looking quickly realised he was still undressed, grabbed the nearest cover to pull in front of himself to cover up.

 

Next, his mom spoke "Lizzie, Judy I need to speak to John/Joanne for a while. Then I'll let you know and we can speak after that, ok?"

Lizzie and Judy just pouted as only girls can. Then went into Judy's room to chat amongst themselves about what they just saw, but still couldn't believe, next Johns mom asked John

"Well I can see they're doing the job they were designed for then!"

John just sat there speechless while him mom continued

"I think we need to chat for a while. So why don't you put a pillow behind you and I'll let you know how"

Pointing to his/now, her figure "has become like it has"

Then she helped him/her get comfortable with a pillow behind her, and put a cover over her front to protect her modesty,

From now on, I will refer to John as her and Joanne to stop any confusion.

 

"Well let me explain" she said and began the tale.

"remember about a year and half ago?, when we dressed you up and you came downstairs and was so happy and beaming, you turned around to me gave me a big hug, then said thanks mom I have always wanted this"

Joanne replied "but I thought it was a dream as next morning I woke up me, and not the other me I saw the night before" her mom replied

"Well during the night I came in your room while you were fast asleep and with a grin from ear to ear as I recall. I took all the make up off, reset your hair to the normal way you had it, changed you into your usual pj's,"

john recalled "oh so that's what happened I really though it was a dream, but it was so real, the next morning I realised it must have been a dream cos I was me again and I was really upset, I've never thought about anything else, from that day that I could be the real me "

 

With that, Joanne started to cry, her mother put her arm around her and comforted Joanne by also placing her head against her chest, to let her new daughter cry her eyes out,

After about 10 minutes, Joanne regained herself, then looked up to her mother and saw the remnants that she herself had also been crying,

"But mom how did you know this is what I wanted? You only saw me the one night, even though I was happy it could have just been a phase or something I was going through."

"Well" her mom said, "remember a few days after that you went for a doctor's appointment?"

"Yes two of them replied Joanne"

"Well the doctor I took you too. Knows how to hypnotise people, then she put you under",

"I am sorry for doing that to you, but I had to find out how deep your feelings went towards wanting to be a girl, so I let her hypnotise you, to get the truth as I know you wouldn't tell me yourself,"

"Then the so called game you played with the girls that night, you were dressed it made my mind up to try and help you".

 

"So what did the doctor say or what did I say mom?"

"Well the doctor asked you a certain type of questions, after about 20 minutes came to the conclusion you were indeed female in the way of thinking and not male as your body suggested"

"but this, mom how when?" Joanne said pointing to herself

"well the doctor only confirmed what I thought might be the case, but I had to get it checked out properly, then when she told me, because I was sitting next to you at the time,"

"I was actually behind the curtain as you was sat there getting examined"

She then took a deep breath and let out a long sigh

"She told me because of your age she wouldn't prescribe hormones, only a qualified doctor could do that and we couldn't afford one,"

"So I did some research on the internet and ordered to female hormones and sorted out the dosage, that's why you look like that," pointing at his figure.

"The vitamins daily where oestrogen and the anti itch cream was actually oestrogen cream helping with the breast growth, as young girls, and I mean girls your age already show signs of breast growth".

 

Joanne was ecstatic hearing this but then turned a sad face and said,

"Mom but you could go to jail couldn't you? Then I wont see you any more and I'd be taken off the drugs and and"

She was starting to get very upset, her mother noticed this and comforted her again as she started to cry.

"Don't worry Hun, I know the risks and I couldn't just let my child grow up being unhappy, this was the only way I could see that would make you happy regardless of the consequences, I took a gamble I hope you don't mind?"

"No I don't mind mom, I'm very happy but I don't want you to go to jail"

"Don't worry Hun, I've been saving up some money and I'm thinking of something, you'll just have to wait and see, just like the other girls will have to wait".

Upon hearing her mom say the other girls, it made Joanne cheer up a lot as to being referred to as a girl.

 

"Well I'll let you rest honey, and then we'll see you downstairs when you feel up to coming down –ok?"

Then her mom left the room, went to Judy's room and asked them to come downstairs while Joanne got some rest.

Upon hearing their mom refer to John as Joanne, they immediately ran downstairs after their mother asking questions as they went.

"How, when did you, is he I mean she what is going to?"

"Hold on you two, one question at a time, now sit down at the table and I'll answer your questions one at a time".

With that, she went to the kitchen put the kettle on, waited while it boiled asked the girls if they wanted anything.

They both wanted juice but what they wanted where answers and they couldn't wait to hear them, after a few minutes the kettle boiled, She made herself a coffee for the first time in ages, she usually drank earl grey tea but she knew she would need something stronger at the time.

Their mom sat down, passed them their juice and started to sip her coffee, she could see the girls where aching to ask questions, she just looked at both and said one thing.

"Well?"

With that the girls started a barrage of question, she just held her hand up and said.

"One at a time like I said"

With that, the girls decided to each ask one question, then the other would ask a question; it went like that for over an hour, until all their questions were answered.

They got up hugged their mother told her they loved her, it was a very big risk, but she knew they loved the new sister once brother and she would do anything for her children.

 

With that, Joanne made her way downstairs wondering what all the commotion was about, as soon as she entered the kitchen, her two sisters pounced on her and hugged her for all their might,

Joanne turned round and said one word "air"

They both let go they all just smiled at each other, Joanne with the biggest smile of all of them,

Then as usual Judy turned round to Joanne and said

"We need to teach you a few things about being a girl; lets go upstairs and well get started"

With that they dragged Joanne upstairs, but before they got halfway up Joanne was leading and virtually ran into Judy's room and said

"Lets get started I have a lot of catching up to do"

 

After a couple of hours Joanne was totally confused, they girls had talked that quick and fast he only managed to take in about half of what they were saying,

Both Lizzie and Judy saw the confusion, and said they'd slow down for him to understand a bit more, that would wait till tomorrow as it was Saturday and they didn't have school so they had all day, they were all tired, so with that both Judy and Lizzie said "well nightclothes"

Joanne beamed, as she knew what was coming, Lizzie said

"Well she's more my size bottom so I'll get the panties"

Rushed off to her room and Judy said

"Well I guess you can borrow some of my bras, until we get you some more that fit you better as mine are a bit big in the cup size for you"

Joanne stood there with a confused look until Judy told him what a cup size was, Lizzie came running back in with all different colour panties and launched them at Joanne, who saw a light blue pair and fell in love with them instantly,

Judy saw and tried to fish out a light blue bra, telling Joanne you had to colour co-ordinate and only found a blue bra and handed it to Joanne, who on one look and after 10 minutes holding it in her hands had to be shown how to properly put it on.

 

After another hour of playing, they was all tired so they decided that being Joanne's first night as an actual girl, they should all sleep in Judy's queen size bed, as they were all sisters now it was ok,

Joanne fell asleep straight away and did not wake until the morning, when she felt a tugging on her arm.

"come on, it takes us girls longer to get ready in a morning than boys so hurry up"

Said Judy and Lizzie grabbed the other arm nearly tearing her in two.

After an hour, they were all dressed make up and all, Joanne not looking great as half her clothes she had on were Judy's and half was Lizzie's. Therefore, they all went downstairs to a smile from their mom, who looked at Joanne and said

"You all right Joanne?"

Upon hearing this Joanne rushed to her mom, and gave her the tightest squeeze she had ever gave her and said,

"I love you mom, I really love you, thanks for doing this"

All the girls even mom started to cry, after 15 minutes they all calmed down to eat breakfast, then mom turned around and said,

"I recognise that it is Lizzie's and Judy's clothes that you have on there Joanne".

"Yeah they're all we could find that fit me ok mom".

"Well how about we have a girls shopping day at the mall?"

All eyes on the girls especially Joanne beamed then a total shocked look came over Joanne

"What is it Hun?" said her mom

"What if someone sees me from school, ill get recognised ill be a laughing stock"

Her mom replied

"Even though the clothes aren't perfect, there's still a pretty young girl there and nobody will see a boy, as for people recognising you, I don't think they will here look in the mirror, at what you look like, then look at the photo of you previously that's on the mantle and you tell me"

Well Joanne looked and definitely did not see a resemblance, she then asked for the old pictures removed after they got back from the mall, which her mom agreed to and said

"We have all got 20 minutes to finish up then were off".

 

With that, all girls including Joanne rushed their breakfast, they was all stood waiting for their mom so they could get to the mall and start shopping.

Joanne being the most keen, because she wanted to try on all the pretty clothes she couldn't in the past, she was beaming and the others noticed and mentioned this to Joanne, who just blushed a deep red colour,

A few minutes later and they was already and stepped out to the car, got in and they all started the fourty five minute journey to the nearest mall, as usually with malls there's never one close to where you live no matter where you live.

 

"Off to the mall we go - off to the mall we go",

All the girls chanted in unison as they drove down the highway towards the mall, all happy and smiling as much as they could.
