Johns Dream Come True

John sat in his room wondering why he looked different to his two sisters, they were pretty, while he had shaggy hair, was always grubby after playing by himself as usual in the back yard, As usual the everyday occurrence, seen as he virtually had no friends being 12 years old and quite a loner, when his dad left 5 years ago without a word, At school he only had one person there that vaguely said hello to him every other day, and asked what he's been up to, John usually told lies, saying he'd been up to all sorts of cool stuff so he didn't alienate himself from the only other person that said hi to him.

John decided that he better take a wash before his mother saw him, tell him off as usual and ask why couldn't he be more like his sisters, take care of his appearance, little did she know that he wanted to be like his sisters, more than his mom or his sisters knew about, so after walking to the bathroom and getting a wash and drying off, It was as he was walking back to his bedroom, he noticed his sisters door open slightly and looked through it, he saw his 14 year old sister sat at her vanity putting make up on, With his other younger sister sat on her bed watching and taking instructions from his older sister how to apply makeup, he was stood there for ages and didn't notice his mother stood five feet behind him.

Next he heard a "Ahem, What do you think your doing standing at your sisters door looking through the gap?"

His jaw dropped he didn't realise anyone had seen him looking through the door, he stumbled words but all he managed was,

"But, But, But",

Next his sisters both came to her bedroom door and asked what was going on when, their mother told them he'd been standing there for at least 20 minutes because

She'd been watching him, his sister Judy piped up,

"Well if he's that interested he might as well come in and watch, then try it himself", both girls giggled and John said,

"No that's girl's stuff why would I be interested in stuff like that?"

Even though he desperately wanted to join in, none of the others would have any of it so in he went and sat on his sisters bed with Lizzie ( his younger sister ) and his mom all the time they was saying,

"Pay attention cos you'll be doing it in a bit".

After a bit he got tired and laid down on the bed, next thing he was asleep and his sisters and mom got together and decided to teach him a lesson. He woke up in Lizzie's bedroom in her bed with some of Judy's panties and bra and something pulling down on his chest, When he looked down it looked like he had 'a' cup breasts, he was secretly pleased and loved every second of it, next he heard his mom call through the door,

"Joanne gets ready and come downstairs for your supper it's nearly ready",

Huh, did his mom just call him Joanne? He thought, so he got out of bed and looked in the mirror on the wardrobe,

He got the shock of his life, he looked like a girl full make, very shine'y hair, styled very feminine, he was in heaven, he pulled open the cupboard door and took the outfit that was in there put it on and found matching shoes and went downstairs.

As soon as John entered the dining room, his sisters and his mom was already sitting at the table,

When their mouths fell open and just looked in his direction, he then proceeded to twirl and twirl all the time with a big grin on his face, what shocked them more is when he went to his mom, he hugged her and said,

"Thanks mom I've wanted this for so long to be your other daughter", then he took his seat and proceeded to eat his supper, all the time they sat there with opened mouths until they turned round and started eating their own food, but kept taking sly looks in Johns direction as he sat there quite happily eating his food.

After supper his mom told him to go and watch the telly in the living room for a bit while she had a talk with his sisters, well to say the least the first words out of all their mouths was,

"Did you hear what he said?"

Then his mom turned round to the two girls,

"I think this has just backfired on us something rotten",

All his two sisters could say was how good he looked and how happy he seemed, his mom then turned round to the girls and said to take John/Joanne to Judy's room to see if they could find out how deep this went as she thought he'd talk more with them than be embarrassed talking to his mom about it.

Judy and Lizzie went to the front room and asked John if he wanted to join them in her room to play, well John jumped at the chance and immediately went with them, when they got to the bedroom Judy turned around and broke the news that they did this as a prank for peeking at them, then they noticed how sad a look he got on his face and started to cry, they both saw him crying and gave him a hug which cheered him up a bit, they then sat down and started to ask him all sorts of questions, especially the one where he told his mom he always wanted this, he then said to them,

"I've been envious of you two for years!, wondering why I was different to you, when I wanted to do the same things, but where told its not what boys did but I always felt like I was a girl",

They then said we came to play so let's play something.

They decided to play spin the bottle to find out as much as they could,

John thought it was just a game but his sisters where directing certain questions at him, he always said truth when it pointed at him,

After about an hour they decided game time was up they better go to bed, then John turned round and asked where was he sleeping, they told him his own room and his own clothes he looked dejected, the girls noticed and said he could keep the clothes he was wearing, when he asked about the breasts they told him they had to come off as they was their aunties, she had to wear them after an operation she had once but didn't need them anymore, so they proceed to take them off and noticed how sad he looked while they was doing it.

After they was finished John went to his bedroom, still slightly happy that he still had the clothes and went to bed, immediately falling asleep happy, after about 20 minutes Judy peeked in his room and saw he was asleep, went downstairs to tell her mom all that was said, to say the least her mom was a bit more shocked than what she was earlier, his sisters were happy to have another sister around, not a brother but her mother put a stop to that and said,

"It's only happening the once",

And that was that, Judy was a bit upset at that but understood that her mother had to sort it out.

The following morning John's mother called to him, said it was time for school, He yawned and said, "She called me john?"

still with the memories of the previous day fresh in his mind, he looked down saw he was wearing his normal clothes, he jumped out of bed looked in the mirror and saw he looked like he always did, shaggy hair and not a single sign of yesterday happening, he was sad and thought that he must have dreamed it but it seemed so real, especially when he got downstairs and Judy asked him why he was in his bedroom nearly all afternoon and night, he then decided it must have been a dream but one he was sure he would have again.

Time came to go to school and he and his sisters went to school, his mom went straight to the home office she worked from started up her computer, went straight onto the internet to look up about things, like what had really happened yesterday with john, she found lots of info and came to the conclusion he had some sort of gender problem so she rang her doctor friend up, made an appointment for him the following day, when John got home in the afternoon he and his sisters walked in through the front door, he just sat around after his

sisters said they was going upstairs, he wasn't aloud to come, he was upset but didn't say anything, he just went to watch the TV in the front room, his mother came in from the back garden, told him he had a doctors appointment the following day so he didn't have to go to school, he asked why he was going to the doctors as nothing was wrong but his mother said,

"There's a bug going around, I just want to make sure your ok",

He asked why his sisters weren't going then remembered they was at the doctors the previous week, which his mom told him was the case he just inwardly thought great a day off school, but it's the docs so not great.

The following day his sisters were going out the door and they said,

"Bye mom, bye Joanne",

They said it in such a way it sounded like a mix between John and Joanne, which immediately threw John, but thought that they must have been giggling when they said John and it came out wrong, next thing John was on his way to the doctors with his mom in her car, they pulled up and went in, his mom told the receptionist their name and was told to take a seat and the doctor would be with them shortly, about thirty minutes passed, their names where called, they proceeded to the doctors office, John opened the door and went to sit down but realised he didn't shut the door, he turned round and went to close it, he didn't notice his mother sneak behind the curtain and sit down, he shut the door and then sat down with the doc,

She started the usual tests, like blood pressure, opened his mouth checked inside, then to his surprise the doctor asked him to drop his trousers and cough, which he did then the doctor asked for him to sit back down while she did some checking, while sat down he tried to figure out why he was seen by a female doctor and not his usually doc, but thought he must be off so she did the tests, anyway while sat down the doctor asked if she could put music on, he didn't say no and she put some wave type music, she said its helps to relax, and he just sat there looking at the ball ornament thing tapping away on the desk in front of him, with the outer balls just moving out then in making a tapping noise, then the other outer ball moving out then in, tap-tap-tap-tap-tap, after about two minutes he was falling asleep, when the doctor realised she said something to him and he was out for the count, his mom then appeared after the doc said it was safe and she sat down next to him.

She asked all sorts of questions, John happily answered them as if he was awake, his mom asked a few times if this was safe, the doctor just replied saying,

"Its better this way as the subconscious would not tell a lye",

Well the doc asked all the normal questions related to boys type and girls type, after about 30 minutes the doc had enough answers to agree with his mom

thought about a gender problem, the doc turned round and said to his mom that John was gender disphoric, his mom asked what that was, she was told that its when a persons mind doesn't match the body, it causes confusion, she asked if anything could be done, but the doc said he was too young and she would have to take him to a specialised to get it treated the best way they knew how.

After about five more minutes the doc said,

"John on the count of three you'll wake up, 1 - 2 – 3",

John woke up and wondered why his mom was sat there, the doctor told him that he fainted and she called his mom in to steady him, he was none the wiser so accepted the explanation that he was fine but just had a bit of an allergy coming on, it would go in a few days after taking a few tablets ( actually only low dosage headache tablets), they thanked the doc and went home, for the rest of the day he just sat in the from room watching the TV, that is until his sisters came home and asked how it went, he told them, they just said as long as he was fine that's the main thing, they then went to their moms office to say they was home, then proceeded to ask what really happened, their mom told them and they jumped for joy without saying anything, they proceeded to ask when he would be their new sister?, their mom told them it was going to be a long time, they had to see a therapist, and at the moment she couldn't afford a therapist on what she earns, with all the bills that needed paying, they sere both sad but had to agree funds were tight so they'd have to wait and see.

What they didn't know was their mother had found a web site selling hormones, read through the day after coming back on how much to give John, to give him feminine features, after she calculated the dosage and the cost, she knew it was wrong to give them, but her child's happiness was at stake, she was going to try and make him happy regardless of the consequences, so she ordered the hormones and waited for them to arrive.

Three weeks passed and the package arrived, she hid them in her office as the kids weren't allowed in without her been in there, after a couple of days she

told him they were vitamins, the doc said he should take one a day to help him keep away any bugs that are hanging around, he did what she told him as he trusted his mom and took 1 every day, One year passed, he often thought about that day where he woke up female and wondered if it would ever happen, but it was just a dream, it would never happen and he got sad and started to cry, he had been doing a lot of recently but he couldn't understand why, his mom heard him and came in his room and asked what was wrong, he told her he was crying a lot lately and didn't know why, she just held him and as soon as she put her arm around him he yelped, she asked what was the problem and he just replied,

"My chest has been itchy a lot recently I think I have a rash",

His mom looked and said he did and she had some cream to put on him.

His mom left the bedroom and returned with a bottle, started to apply the cream which immediately left him feeling great, the itch was dying a bit, she put his top down and left the room, John suddenly realised where had his mom got anti itch cream from, but thought nothing more as moms always had things hanging around the house, he never knew where they were kept, his mom stopped just behind the door, looked at the label which said premarin breast cream and the directions, she knew then that she had to start increasing the dosage of the tablets as the changes were starting to happen, In the meantime, John hadn't cut his hair and it was well past his shoulders, he got teased something chronic at school, he said it was fashionable and the girls liked it, he was talking a lot more to the girls at school than he usually had been before, and they seemed to talk a lot of girly things around him, he thought it was great been around other people and the topics, but he outwardly expressed dislike as he was afraid to show that side of him.

This went on for about another 6 months, by this time he was 13 ½ and couldn't understand why his voice hadn't got deeper like the rest of the boys in school, while they was growing bigger, he stayed around the same height but he knew he had grown a couple of inches, also the boys were getting bigger and stronger while he was slim to the point he looked like he had girls arms and legs, but was starting to gain weight around his bum which he couldn't understand and his skin was so soft.

Two days later he had physical ed, all the class did it together, boys did their thing, the girls did their own thing, he got changed into his Pe kit and went out onto the school field, all of a sudden the girls grabbed him and led him off to their side of the grass, he wondered what was going on until the teacher asked who the new girl was standing at the back, then when she realised it was john immediately sent him to the boys side, the other girls couldn't believe why the teacher was sending a girl to the boys side of the grass, until the teacher said he was a boy, the girls couldn't believe it.

After physical ed they all got changed, it was the lunch so John went outside for lunch, the girls went to find John, when they found him they asked John,

This is what he told them to call him when they first started to talk to him,

why he looked so much like a girl when he was really a boy, he couldn't understand what they were on about, so just stared until they left him alone, they said they'd catch up tomorrow, by then he might have stopped staring and actually answer some questions.

School finished and he rushed home, leaving his sisters to walk home by themselves which was strange as he usually waited for them outside the gates, he got home and immediately rushed to the bathroom, his mom came out the office as Judy and Lizzie came through the door and asked about John, their mother said she heard the door slam and someone rush upstairs, they all went upstairs and realised John was in the bathroom so they knocked, when they got no answer they went in, John was stood there naked as a jail bird looking at his features, his smooth silky hair his fair skin his frail looking arms his round bottom,

Basically he had a young girls figure, then his eyes met his chest and his jaw dropped, he realised he had little budding breasts starting not quite exactly an a cup but half way there, his two sisters saw this, cheered and clapped and finally said,

"Joanne is here",

His mom just looked on and realised she now had another daughter, and thought it's about time to tell John exactly what type of vitamins and anti itch cream it was he was taking.

Just then as he heard the cheers and noise he turned round and realised his mom and sisters were looking at him, he just collapsed on the floor there and then.
