Head Nurse

He found the bottle while wandering the beach looking for seashells. An mud encrusted thing with a stopper. Wondering if there was anything still inside he pulled and twisted and finally yanked the stopper out. A cloud spewed out of the bottle and soon formed into a lovely genie. "Hot damn," he thought, "I'm gonna get to make a wish!"
