The US National Security Adviser Raymond's wife Joe had secretly hired Billy a Private Detective and sent him on a special mission to investigate the Chinese connection in a suspected plan to assassinate the State Governor. Raymond's wife Joe gave instructions file to the head of the Detective Agency. He gave those instructions to Billy. Billy had no idea that Raymond's wife Joe had appointed him. The head of the Detective Agency selected Billy for this mission.

Billy studied the instructions and agreed to take up the investigation. According to the agreement Billy has to go to Redmond area and study the Chinese community and report the results to the Detective Agency. Billy wanted to know more details but his boss did not give any more details.

Billy and his beautiful wife Lynn drove their RV all the way from Washington DC to Redmond a small town near Seattle. They arrived at Redmond town area and came to the Sheriff's office. Billy will work with the Sheriff and the local police as long as it takes.

The Detective Agency thought that Billy was the right person to take up this mission in the Redmond Chinese community because Billy learned Chinese language and culture. He will act on his own without a translator. He will stay in Redmond area as long as it takes and submit the whole report to the Detective Agency.

The local Sheriff George Ming welcomed Billy and checked all his papers. Billy is appointed as a special investigator from Washington Private Detective agency. He has to check the histories of all the Chinese families in Redmond area and submit the survey report to the Detective Agency. The local police personal will assist Billy whenever he needed. Lynn was waiting in the RV.

Sheriff gave the new private house address and the keys to Billy and introduced Billy to all the local police personnel and explained about Billy's work. Sheriff walked Billy to his RV. Billy introduced his beautiful wife Lynn to the Sheriff. They came to the new apartment. Lynn liked the apartment and the neighborhood.

Billy started his work the very next day. He visited all the concerned government offices and gathered all records of the Chinese families. Sheriff also gave all the criminal histories of some Chinese individuals to Billy.

Sheriff and Billy visited the prison and interviewed the Chinese criminals. Billy had finished all the general survey and got the overall idea about the Chinese community in Redmond area. The Sheriff introduced all the Chinese families to Billy. He can freely visit the Chinese families and get the reports in person whenever he wants. There is no time limit for Billy's mission. He can stay there until the state governor's visit.

Billy and Sheriff visited the local Chinese school, local organizations and other Chinese shops, nightclubs, health clinics and associations. Sheriff took personal interest and helped Billy in every thing. Sheriff personally invited Billy and Lynn to his home for special Chinese dinner and introduced his Chinese wife Cindy. She was raised as an orphan and married George.

Sheriff's wife Cindy explained about the small Chinese community in Redmond area. Cindy knows every Chinese family and Billy learned a lot from Cindy. Lynn already liked the Sheriff's wife Cindy. Cindy subtly served a special dish mixed with an herbal medicine to Billy. Billy took the herb and right away noticed that there is some thing strange in that dish. While Cindy went to the kitchen Billy managed to go to the bathroom and threw it off and came back to the table. Billy started suspecting Cindy.

Sheriff's Chinese wife Cindy always hated the white couple. She destroyed many white families in the past. She always worked her way to separate the white families. After separation she worked as a matchmaker and see that the separated whites marry the Chinese. She developed antagonism towards all whites from her childhood. She planned to destroy Billy's family. She drafted a plan after thoroughly studying Billy and Lynn.

Cindy started her villainous job like Iago of Shakespearean drama Othello. She took Lynn for shopping almost daily while Billy is gone out with the Sheriff. She told Lynn that her husband Billy is acting like a guru and its better to get rid of him at least until he changes. She convinced Lynn that Billy had some kind of psychological problems.

Lynn asked Billy to see the Chinese doctor in Redmond family health center. Billy and Lynn visited the Chinese doctor. The Chinese doctor suggested that Billy should be admitted in the psychiatric ward for a week or so. The Chinese doctor told Lynn that Billy had a peculiar kind of schizophrenia. He gave him some Chinese medicines. Day by day Billy became physically weak and acted like a hot-tempered person.

The Chinese doctor shifted Billy to the mental hospital. Billy was chained there to his bed. Lynn visited the mental hospital and tried to talk with Billy. But Billy's condition was very bad. He was unable to respond to Lynn even though he was able to understand what she was saying. She trusted Cindy and the Chinese doctor.

One night Billy listened to the conversations of the next bed patients. He could not believe what he heard. The next bed patients were talking about assassinating the State Governor Dude. They thought that Billy would never understand their conversations. Billy memorized every thing they said. He remembered their names, their plans and all the other names they mentioned during their conversations.

Those bad guys had wantonly admitted in that mental hospital as mental patients so that they can plan every thing unnoticed by anyone. They thought that all the other patients were really crazy and nobody could understand their conversations. They had deliberately discussed their plans. Billy listened to their whole plan.

After two weeks Billy was released from the hospital. His physical condition was very weak. He could not even hold the fork and lift his hand to eat his breakfast. He was unable to move this way or that way. He was heavily drugged. He looked at the calendar and remembered that the State Governor would visit Redmond area within a month.

Billy tried hard to get up. Cindy took Lynn for shopping and Billy was alone. He was very hungry. He searched for food in the kitchen. He had found some Chinese food. He did not know that the food was mixed with strange substance. He ate it and soon realized that it had a strange taste. His face became numb.

Billy was unable to say any thing. His body is not responding to his mind at all. He tried to tell Lynn about the need to save the State Governor. But Lynn never gave him a chance to express his thoughts to her. She totally ignored him and treated him as a mental patient. He tried to make phone calls to the Sheriff and other friends but she misunderstood and stopped him. Billy tried hard and called Sheriff.

Sheriff and the other friends visited Billy. They all suggested him that he should take rest. They wished him good luck. It took two more weeks for Billy to get up and walk. Finally Billy told Lynn about the Chinese plan to assassinate the State Governor. Lynn never believed Billy. She tried to call Cindy but Billy stopped her. There was big fight between them. And Lynn went to Cindy's house. Lynn told Cindy and Sheriff about Billy's behavior. Cindy convinced Lynn to stay at their home until Billy is cured.

Cindy called Billy and told him to leave Lynn alone for a while. Billy had determined that he must save the Governor and save his own family at any cost. The Sheriff asked Billy to take a vacation until Lynn is ready to come back. Everybody started telling Billy that he should take a vacation. Everybody is treating Billy as a mental patient.

Billy requested the Sheriff and insisted him to check the mental hospital records and patients. The Sheriff and Billy went to the mental hospital and checked all the recent records. There were no Chinese patients or any records of Chinese patients in the mental hospital. The sheriff took Billy to the hospital in charge.

The doctor showed every thing in the hospital. Billy could not believe what was happening before his eyes. The rooms were different. The patients were different. The beds were different. The staff was different. And the doctor was different. There were no mental patients at all. There was no mental hospital in that street. It was like a dream to Billy. He was confused. Everybody laughed at him when he tried to tell what happened in the hospital last time. But no body listened to him.

The Chinese community began to see him as a mental patient. Billy slowly understood each person in the Chinese community. Billy had found some good guys in the community and recognized some bad guys. Lynn stayed at Cindy's home as per Cindy's plan. Billy started his exercises in his apartment and soon recovered from his weakness. Now he became normal again. But he pretended like a mental patient and allowed everyone to make fun of him as usual. He felt extra strength in his body. He is ready to start his mission to save the State Governor.

Billy knows how to self-hypnotize himself. He began to remember the conversations of the bad guys in the mental hospital. Then he mimicked their voices and recorded those conversations. He listened to the tape again and again and noted all the contents of the plan. The State Governor will visit the Chinese school next month.

The school children will give him special blowing bouquets. Those special bouquets will eject colorful flowers. One of the bouquets contains a plastic bomb and the governor will receive it and keep it with him and sits in his helicopter. When the helicopter takes off, the plastic bomb will blow and kill the state governor. This was the plan of the bad guys.

Billy recalled the Chinese flower shop in the down town area. He walked to the shop and bought a bouquet. He returned and studied the techniques of the special bouquet. He opened the bouquet and found a small table tennis ball inside the bouquet. He took the tennis ball and unscrewed it. Inside the hollow table tennis ball, there is a small screw and it will blow the flowers when it is operated. The children love these special bouquets and they like to play with those special blowing bouquets.

Billy self-hypnotized himself again and saw the bad guys in the mental hospital. One of them is showing the table tennis ball to the other bad guy. He was unscrewing the ball and explaining about some thing. Billy came into his senses. He remembered the Chinese sports shop in the downtown area.

The Chinese community was overseeing Billy's movements. Therefore he cannot go out of his house in the daytime. He must act as a metal patient and finish his mission with the assistance of the Sheriff. Billy seriously thought and prepared his plan.

Billy had finalized his plan A and B. He slowly gained the community confidence. Everybody in the Chinese community thought that Billy was still mentally sick. He took an ordinary video camera and visited all the Chinese families and recorded all the information about them.

Billy opened his garage and took out his electronic equipment. He took out his pet mouse and dressed him with the tiny camera equipment. He took the mouse to Chinese nightclub restaurant in the downtown area. Billy sat alone and ordered coffee. Everybody made fun of him. Other Chinese guys offered him hot drinks. Billy refused and walked out and came to his house. He opened his laptop and watched the movements of his pet mouse. He gave commands and regulated the movements of the mouse.

The mouse went to the basement in the Chinese nightclub. In the basement there are many white boys and girls taking Chinese herbal drugs and engaged in sexual activities. Billy taped all those activities. The local Chinese mafia members gathered in a room in the basement. The leader is explaining about the state Governor's visit.

The mafia leaders were talking about governor's assassination. Billy recorded every thing. He taped all those conversations. He saw a tunnel in the basement. The mouse came through the secret tunnel all the way and entered into the state prison premises. The Chinese prisoners returned to the prison from the nightclub basement. Nobody knew about this secret tunnel.

The Chinese mafia had strong connections with the police and other big guys in the state. The mafia members are tactfully using the hospitals, prisons and nightclubs as their secret meeting places. Billy commanded the mouse to come back. He recorded all the mouse-tour. He thought of reporting the same to the FBI. But he decided not to share these things to anyone until he gets more evidences.

Billy watched the tape again and again. He wanted to clarify certain things before coming to the conclusions. While watching the tape Billy noticed the picture of a Chinese woman in the basement of the nightclub. Billy noticed that the woman in the picture does not live in Redmond Chinese community.

Billy had a bad feeling that the Chinese mafia members would come any time to take his tapes. He took the laptop and kept it in the RV under the driver's seat. He fixed a secret camera in the rooms and the main hall. He appreciated the mouse for helping him to get all the secrets of the mafia gang.

Billy put his bedroom lights off and got ready to sleep. He heard a noise in the backyard. Two bad guys broke into his house from the back door. They came to take his tapes. Billy had a regular video-cam. They came and searched for the videotapes. Billy pretended as a psychiatric patient and fought with them for a while and let them take the videotapes.

The bad guys pushed Billy aside and took the regular videotapes. They did not know about the secret camera. Billy called the Sheriff and told him about the bad guys. The Sheriff came to Billy and told him that the bad guys will watch the tapes and they would return the tapes soon. The Sheriff took the incident as a petty thing and explained that some Chinese people did not want him to take their pictures.

The bad guys took the tapes watched the tapes and laughed at the work done by Billy. They did not see any thing harmful to their plans. Billy appreciated the Sheriff for his foreknowledge. But the bad guys never cared to return the tapes to Billy. The Sheriff suggested Billy to prepare the reports again. Billy prepared the reports again and submitted to the Detective Agency.

The head of Agency asked him to close the mission and come back. The Sheriff gave the discharge orders to Billy. Billy packed every thing and went to see his wife. Lynn was not ready to come with Billy. Cindy told Billy to leave his wife alone for some more days. Lynn was a good teacher and Cindy wanted to use her services at the Redmond Chinese school for free.

Billy started his RV and returned to Washington DC. The head of the Detective Agency appreciated Billy for the report and the video footage. Billy went to his apartment and opened his laptop. He watched the tapes one by one. He studied every frame and recalled the locations. He prepared a fresh report to the President's Special Guard.

Billy was a secret agent of the President's Special Guard. Nobody knew about this. Even the Detective Agency did not know about this. The President's Special Guard is a secret agency and the US president is the head of that agency. After September eleven the President brought this special guard institution and kept it directly under his control. He directly selected the candidates and posted them in special places around the states for special operations and difficult mission within US.

Billy emailed the tapes to the Director of the President's Special Guard and suggested that the state Governor's life is in danger. Billy received a reply from the Director and went to the appointed place and met the Director and received all instructions to return to Redmond and save the State Governor. According to the new instructions, the state Governor's visit should not be stopped until all the bad guys are spotted.

As planned earlier, the state governor will visit the Redmond Chinese school first and then another whites' school in Seattle. The bad guys will give the bouquet to the governor at Redmond Chinese school. They will wait until he goes to the whites' school in Seattle. Then they will blow the governor. Thus the blame will go to the whites.

The master planner behind this assassination plan is Raymond's Chinese wife Joe. She thought that by killing the state governor, Raymond could become the next governor. The Chinese community will not be blamed in this whole operation. Raymond's wife Joe planned every thing and the Chinese mafia will do according to her plan. Billy explained all these things to the Director.

The Director agreed that Billy should go back to Redmond as he had adequate grounds to return to Redmond. The Director wished Billy good luck. His wife Lynn is still there. The Sheriff's wife Cindy appointed Lynn as a teacher in the Redmond Chinese school. Billy called Lynn and begged her to return.

But Lynn proudly told him that the Chinese community had requested her to garland the state governor when he visits the Redmond Chinese school. Billy told her that he wanted to be there at the time of the governor's visit. Lynn agreed. Billy went to Redmond. He is still pretending as a psychiatric patient.

The state governor came to the Redmond Chinese school. The Chinese school students gave their blowing bouquets to the governor. That was a surprising welcome to the governor. He loved the kids. Cindy gave a special garland to Lynn. Lynn was ready to garland the governor.

Billy quickly changed the garland and Lynn garlanded the governor. She asked him not to take it off. The governor loved the special bouquet garland. He thanked Lynn and admired her for her beauty. Lynn felt very proud about all this. The governor went to Seattle with his special bouquet garland in his limousine.

The Sheriff and Cindy appreciated Lynn for every thing. Cindy invited Billy and Lynn for a potluck dinner at her guesthouse. All the Chinese families gathered there. There was a big screen TV there in the lawn. The governor's visit is live telecast in the CNN channel. Cindy went into her bedroom and called the mafia leader.

The mafia members gathered in the nightclub basement. The mafia leader appreciated Cindy for her help. The mafia members were watching the CNN live telecast and looking at their watches. Cindy returned to the lawn.

Billy went into the bathroom and took out the garland and checked every ball inside. He unscrewed all the tiny balls and found the time bomb. He rushed to the nightclub. He climbed to the roof. He slowly let the ball down to the basement through the chimney. The mafia leader was ready to blow the time bomb with the remote in his hands. The mafia members were anxiously watching the TV and waiting to watch time bomb blow. Billy came back to Sheriff's house and joined the potluck dinner. Everybody was appreciating Lynn and still making fun of Billy. Cindy was looking at the TV. The governor was returning to his limousine.

The governor's limousine slowly started while the governor was waving his hand in the air. The count down started. Cindy called the mafia leader and counted down the numbers. Everybody joined Cindy and counting down from 10. That was the custom of the Chinese community members to count down the numbers before cutting the cake in any occasion. Moreover it was the birthday of Raymond's wife Joe.

In Washington DC Raymond was celebrating his wife's birthday with other Chinese families at the same time. They were also watching the CNN and counting down the numbers. They were counting down 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 and the Redmond Chinese nightclub blew into pieces. Cindy heard the sound in her mobile phone.

Billy turned back and looked at Cindy's face. She noticed right away that some thing went wrong. Cindy was clicking her mobile phone and calling the mafia leader. There was no answer. The mafia leader was her blood brother. She collapsed and Billy helped her and brought her to the table. She cut the cake and Billy took the first bite and appreciated her for every thing. He gave her the blowing bouquet. He tried to make it work but it did not work for him. A little kid came forward and made it work and blew flowers on Cindy's face. Everybody laughed and Billy joined them.

The President's Special Guard arrived at Raymond's residence and arrested Joe for plotting the assassination of the state governor. Raymond did not know all these things. The CNN reported the arrest of Joe. Cindy was about to tell happy birthday to Joe. The PSG handcuffed Joe. Billy and Lynn headed towards their home.

Sheriff said to Billy, 'it might have hurt you to be alone for a while. Now you are happy to get back to your wife. Good luck Billy'. He was waving his hand and received the orders by phone to arrest his wife for helping the mafia members. Billy said, 'I wish you the same Sheriff'. The cops came and arrested Cindy and took her to prison.
