Bradley to Britney
by Lor Hamilton
Chapter 2
Chad woke up to see Brad knocked out on the counter. Sleeping on one of the CPU's he'd built. "Brad wake up, wake up."
Brad woke suddenly. "I'm not ready."
"What time did you go to sleep," asked Chad?
"Early in the morning, around 5," said Brad.
Chad looked over at the clock. It was 8 O'clock. "You slept for three hours," said Chad. "That sucks."
"What are you guys talking about," asked Marci. "She got up and wrapped the covers around her. Brad you okay."
"I'm fine," said Brad. "I just need some breakfast than I will be much better."
"Do you have breakfast food down here," asked Chad?
"No, but I am sure my sister hasn't woke up yet anyway."
"I'll go check," said Marci.
"No no," said Chad. "You went last time."
"You are not going like that, let me take my bath get some clothes on and I will do it." Marci was very stern about this. She walked over to Brad's closet got an outfit she had left just in case, and then went into Chad's small bathroom.
Brad and Chad watched the shadow image of Marci take her clothes off and step into the shower. Since the walls of the bathroom were very thick and frosted glass that was all they could see.
"I saw you looking," laughed Brad
"So were you," said Chad "He got out of his chair and looked over the railing to see if he could here anything downstairs. "I am not going to even try it. He sat down in one of the car seats. "I don't know why."
"I do," said Brad looking at Chad "Hey could you help me get these CPU's in a box. They took the five PC's and placed them into a metal box, then closed and sealed it. Brad then pulled out a handle and rolled it next to the steps.
After, they both sat down in the chairs until Marci came out.
"Hey guys," Amy's voice ringed in there ear. "Are you still there?"
"Yes," they called out. "Good."
"Cause your are still doing what I say."
"Okay I am finish," sad Marci walking out of the Bathroom while brushing her teeth. She walked back in to spit and rinse her tooth brush off. "Why are you still in those clothes," she asked.
Brad and Chad looked at Marci.
"Oh," Marci nearly laughed but decided against it. "That just sucks."
"Tell me about it," said Brad. "We start camp in three days; we have to stop her now."
Suddenly they heard someone coming up. Marci looked over the railing it was Amy all by herself carrying two different outfits, but Marci couldn't see what they were at the time.
"I am guessing that she is really mad," said Marci. "But you know it's kind of funny."
Brad and Chad sighed and got up as Amy entered the room in a dark red dress and matching top
"Okay guys, or should I say girls, this is your outfits for today. Bradley this is years." She held out a pair of green pants with yellow flames at the bottom, and a green tube top with a yellow heart and a tube of glitter "And Chad this is years", she held out a mini jean skirt and yellow halter top and belt with vines on it. "Take your showers and put your cute little outfits on I expect you to have them on to.
"Amy I have stuff to do right now," said Chad.
"Oh yeah," said Amy. "You have to take my cheerleader application to the post office."
"I thought it was due yesterday," said Brad.
"No, it is due in 1 week," said Amy. "I was hoping to mail it yesterday, but now you are just going to take it to the school."
"What," yelled Brad? "I don't even have my license and you expect me to do this stuff for you."
"Oh yeah, Mom told me to keep this for you just in case," she handed Brad his license. "After I get my guest situated I'll let you have the car and you can sneak out. "Don't worry only 5 of them are left, and we are going to take Terrie's mother's van.
"I'll take my bath first," said Chad.
Amy smiled then left the room, and Chad trudged into the bathroom.
"How's that for niceness," said Brad.
"She is such a bitch," said Marci. "I can believe she is your sister.
"Oh how the genetic code has surprised us."
After about ten minutes Chad walked out of the Bathroom.
Both Marci and Brad busted out in heavy laughter.
"I hate this," said Chad. "I want to go home, I want to play games." Chad flopped down in one of the chairs. "I am also hungry."
"Oh yeah," Marci jumped from the chair. "I suppose to get the food. Hey Chad what's under your hat."
"You will never know."
"I guess it is time for me to take my shower," Brad got up, picked up his outfit and walked into the bathroom leaving Chad behind all alone.
Feeling uncomfortable Chad got up and moved towards the stairs. "He could here laughter coming from downstairs, he didn't like it. He slowly climbed down the stairs trying not to hurt himself. At the end of the steps he looked out the door no one was there.
"Hey Chad," Amy had popped in like a ghost. "What are you doing?"
"Nothing," said Chad.
"I know, you want your hair done don't you," Amy pulled brad into her room. Sleeping bags were on the floor but nobody was in there.
Amy closed and locked the door then said now I would love to do something to your hair, take off your hat.
Chad took his hat off revealing a full head of sloppy hair underneath.
"That is so fashion felony," said Amy. "Let's see if I can fix you up."
Amy sat Chad down, took off his shades. "Okay we start with the facial hair." She arched his eyebrows and took the little facial hair off of his face. She didn't have to worry about the hair on the rest of his body cause she had put some hair remover in there liquid body soap that morning, and knew that they had so little hair that they wouldn't notice. "Okay your hair needs to be brighter," she put some stuff in his hair, Chad couldn't figure out what, but it turned his hair bright orange. After she worked with it to make a very feminine hair style that Chad totally hated everything and was really scared when someone knocked on the door, but Amy just turned them away. "Make-up," Amy quickly applied some lipstick and green eye shadow before standing Chad up and taking him to a full length mirror. "You make a very pretty girl."
Brad stepped out the shower feeling kind of stupid. "You know what I can just about kill my sister right now."
"I'll do it," said Amy. "I brought some of those coffees that I can't pronounce up, the kind in the bottle. They suppose to be like a jumpstart for your day, but just in case I brought some granola bars to."
"You didn't run into any problems did you," asked Brad.
"None that were relevant," smiled Marci.
Brad laughed then looked around. "Hey where's Chad?"
"I have no idea," said Marci.
"Man I hope he's okay."
Suddenly a multiple footsteps started up the steps.
Marci quickly went over to the railing. "It's Chad and Amy," she said. "Or at least I think."
Brad nearly busted out laughing again as he saw Chad.
"Shut up," said Chad. "Why couldn't I have the pants?"
"Brad it's your turn," said Amy. "Or else."
"Brad sighed then followed Amy into his bathroom, where ten minutes later he came out.
"I hate you so bad," said Brad as Amy pushed him out some minutes later.
Both Chad and Marci nearly laughed, but chocked them out for the better.
"Now you both look like girls, very pretty girls, and you are so skinny, so so skinny, you're like two girls, don't forget to do your stuff I am leaving, the van is already here bye, bye." Amy nearly sprinted downstairs causing loads of noise as she did.
"I really don't want to do this stuff, especially with this on, so I am taking…."
They heard Amy come back up. "And if I even find you out of your clothes I will call mom. "Don't forget your cell; take a picture with it every hour so I can make sure you girls are doing your stuff," She waved then ran back downstairs."
"Let's wait a few hours then let's go out," said Chad.
"This really really sucks," Brad put in.
"You two look so preppy," Marci put in. "Especially you Chad.
"We can't use those names," said Brad. "It would be weird if we were in front of somebody. "How about, Britney and Christy."
