I really liked this story!  I do think that the character of Chris could be expanded by describing his emotions.  There had to have been some inner conflict when he was offered the position since, if we are to believe him, there was not crossdressing in the past other than a Halloween party.  I think just a little bit of reluctance to be overcome would have added to Chris' character.

These are just my suggestions about how to make a really good story great.  

What a wonderful piece of work!  Not the uglier femdom, castration fantasies, but something consensual where the male is clearly enjoying the changes, and a male-female relationship develops despite them.  Characters are well thought out and the plot believable.  Please, try some more ideas along these same lines.   A boss who's more or less willingly moved into a subordinate position and femme appearance to a former secretary might be one possibility.  Thank you!
