Good luck with this, it didn't work for me.  Wife still does not know and i have gotten rid of probably $2000 worth of clothes, makeup, shoes, etc over 15 years.

I wonder if he can really give it up in the long run? I always find it strange that one could live at least part of one's life as a woman, without enjoying the power to attract men, and enjoying  all that entails.

HOW SAD that he feels he needs to live a lie to be happily married , I have been blessed not with material wealth but with a wife of 21 years who lets me be me. Yes she knew about adraine before she proposed to me ( she snooped thru my closets when I was at work and asked about all of the womens clothing ) I try very hard not to lie about anything and I told her the truth , i've been crossdressing since I can remember and no I not gay . I have more gay friends then straight but thats only because Adraine goes to "gay" bars.Anyway , the story which I believe is truer then a piece of fiction can be is sadly the way it is I attend many ts support groups and the vast majority of my TS friends are divorced mostly do to their "hobby"
enjoyed the story well done   love and hoping u find peace    Adraine

I guess the ending is just that... the end,  though I too would love to read a sequel.    This is a truly realistic piece and reflects all the conflicting emotions we all feel - or have felt - and at least you reach a conclusion.   I, too, have faced such a dilemma... though years after marriage......  nearly losing the whole thing because I had thought it would be "fairer to let her know".  of course, it wasn't.   Better to put the Genie back in the bottle,  and indulge myself in writing instead.  Courage?  Who knows?  LOL WbG. xxx

Now this one hurts.I only know that if I have to walk Peter's footsteps,as so many men have for so many long years before, that I'd have to stop & wipe away countless tears spilling down my cheek. This is not an easy walk for a crossdresser, even one committed to the wishes of a new bride.Breaking up is hard to do,as Neil Sedaka once sang.............

This story hit oh so very close to home.  Very courageous on your part to end this story as you have.  I would like to see a sequel to this.  I have been fighting the same battle Peter fought, and the outcome for me is still undecided.  Everytime I think of how my wife, who I love very deeply, suffers because I dress, I want to give it up, but everytime I even think about getting rid of Jezzi, of never being her again, it's like a dark abyss is opening in front of me.  I would like to see how you see Peter six months or six years from the time of this story.

I loved it, using each item of clothing to hang a scene on.

Bold in this company to be real world realistic and accept that we might have to choose between two loves. I had to....

Keep up the good work!
