- Anne is hired as a real maid – one who does chores, not one who plays at it with her employer.
Part 2 - Anne
serves her employer's guests and goes shopping. Very displeased with many of
the aspects of her new job and things that occur, she seriously questions
‘why’ and rethinks her chosen role.
Part 3 - A Sunday dinner party is almost the final straw, almost too much
for Anne to bear, but, despite her ever-increasing workload, she comes to
enjoy her job.
